Very friendly & welcoming - nice place....good breakfast....Amazing View on terrace...you can have a bottle of wine for just €10... . Very good prices for drinks.

The private bathroom is away from the room...we are not used to this....bathroom window leads to a common terrace..a body can be very well seen... although not clear....but not comfortable...lack of privacy...you need to put curtains...The room had no AC ....but..I guess no one has AC here....however we were given a fan.....and no fridge....but owner offered to keep our things in his fridge.

Beautiful old property situated high up on the mountain side by lake Como, a bit of a trek to get up to but 100% worth it for the views. Also slightly cooler as you’re so high up! The room and facilities were nice and clean, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The rooftop terrace was lovely place to spend the evening, and the breakfast had a great selection of continental options. Our host was friendly and informative, they gave us a tour and explained the interesting history of the hotel. 100% reccomended.

My only complaint would be the lack of a fridge! It’s nice to have somewhere to put cold drinks/snacks as in summer it’s quite hot, but they did have cold drinks available to purchase at reception.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views. Our room was impeccably clean. We also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable experience for their guests. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The location is right in the middle of Bellagio and Como. The staff is very friendly and helpful in everything. There is a free public car park very close to the hotel. Breakfast is quite sufficient. It was not too hot because of the location. You can have a good time on the terrace with a wonderful lake view from the hill. I definitely recommend it.

There is nothing negative but the hotel road is a bit winding.

The atmosphere in the hotel and their hosts is fantastic. They really did everything to make us feel at home and we're very helpful with every request or question we had. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and it is very refreshing to be far from the chaos at the lake, especially in high season. We would love to go back to this place.

More than not liking it, it is important to have the expectations clear that this hotel is 20 minutes drive from the lake and if you are not prepared will fill far. For us it was a surprise, but one we were happy to have at the end.

Although the road up the mountain is winding, the view from the top is totally worth it, just like from the room. Even though the bathroom was not in the room but in the hallway, it was not inconvenient and was entirely private and tidy. The breakfast was average but good. The host was extremely kind and helpful. I can only recommend the place its perfect value for money.

This place made me feel like home. They were so welcoming from the first step I took into the chalet. The care they gave my parents was amazing. Defo gonna go back. Thank you for making us feel like we were part of your family. Outstanding views.

Got nothing bad to say just loved it

It was very clean place and it has wonderful views . The owner was so kind and friendly . The place was so calm for resting . The price was very good. It is very good place for people who want to explore nature.

Before we go there we thought that this place is near to the lake . But the road that connect this place to the lake was very difficult for us to reach with motorbike . It is very very narrow streets in hills. It was very difficult to go down and up. And there is just one Local restaurant there and no mini market or supermaket to buy some food or snacks.

Everything was perfect: The hosts were excellent, always available to help with everything you need. The view was spectacular over the lake Como and the mountains. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend it and will gladly come back next time we'll be around!

I loved everything. The hosts are so nice, always smiling and there for any help you need.
