Marisa and Gino were wonderful hosts. They were considerate in helping us get to their place. Gina even drove to meet us after we missed the last bus to his place! The B&B was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was both delightful and filling and the view from their balcony was gorgeous. Gino gave us useful tips and information regarding sites worth visiting both locally and further afield. We were very happy with our short stay at Aquarelle and would be delighted to return again.

Due to it's location, the B&B might prove a little difficult to reach for those without access to a car so bus/ferry timetables need to be checked very carefully.

We really loved the place, everything was just perfect! Beautiful rustic decoration, fabulous town, everything was extra clean, spacious bedrooms… owners are extremely attentive and welcoming. The terrace has amazing views and the food is just amazing. I cannot recommend it more.

Absolutely nothing!

The hostel was great - really a hidden jem. The owner was very friendly and willing to help. The atmosphere was great - very familiar. It has a great breakfast, beautiful view over the lake como and a few sightseeing attractions near by. Como is about 10-15 min by car away through beautiful streets through the mountains. Price-performance ratio is incredible! 10/10 would recommend!

Parking is a few meters away from the hostel but you have to expect that in old small towns and it is absolutely no problem

Hosts where amazing, they really took care of us. Breakfast was incredible, and the views from the balcony were outstanding. The location is nice, more sof a secluded town so it is less crowded. Hosts were really helpful in finding parking and navigating the small roads.

Hosts could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable - nothing was too much trouble - they were so welcoming and helpful - much appreciated- we had some excellent food there and there view from the terrace onto the lake is fantastic!

The drive up from Como is 'interesting'!!

Absolutely amazing place! The hosts made us feel so welcome, and even cooked us dinner when we arrived as everywhere else had closed! The views off the balcony where breakfast was served were breathtaking and the hosts cooked an outstanding breakfast. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing stay! The couple who run the Bed and Breakfast were super welcoming and were very knowledgeable about the attractions on the lake. The breakfast was wonderful and our room was adorable. Amazing time!

The owners were very nice and very friendly, they helped us with our every question. In addition, the view from the breakfast area was overlooking the lake, a great way to start off the day !

Beautiful location with very helpful hosts!

It's on old building, so you can hear many sounds of other parts of the building. Our baby woke from that sounds and probably others woke from her crying.

The warmest relaxed hospitality in an authentic characterful old house and village, excellent information for everything around, and a great home restaurant for supper opposite. The generous breakfasts were served up on the lovely lake view balcony.

It’s a little up the mountainside, so a car is preferable, or that you’re happy to work around bus and ferry timetables. Some hiking or comfortable walking shoes will help on the rocky steep paths around.
