Ilsereno offers majestic views overlooking the glistening lake como. Our whole stay was perfect from start to finish. Even though the architecture of the hotel is out of this world and the lobby/rooms are so elegant, the hotel staff attitude and service is even more than that! They always greet you with a smile and they provided everything we needed and more. Special mention to Elena who showed us around on the first day and provided all information needed. Definitely would recommend everyone to stay at this amazing hotel!

Il Sereno Lago di Como was truly the most dreamy and magical place we’ve ever stayed. From the breathtaking lake views to the elegant modern design, everything felt luxurious yet warm. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel extra special, and every detail from the room to the dining was perfect.

Breakfast incredible, loved our coffee delivered every morning to our room. loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. Wait staff was incredible and kind for all services.

Fancy dinner prix fix not really our thing, we ordered off a limited menu. Room service mostly for the evenings, although food arrived not very hot most evenings. Room service food just ok...very expensive for value of food..

This place is incredible. Everyone is extremely friendly, the service was incredible. I’m definitely coming back with more friends and family. It was worth the price. I ordered breakfast to the room and it was laid out beautifully. I can’t emphasise how amazing the staff were.

As a food lover, the portion of chips I ordered by the poolside were very small for me. For the future there should be a small and large option.

Absolutely breathtaking. I chose this place to celebrate my honeymoon. The service was extremely good. Everyone was very welcoming and hospitable. The facilities are of the highest quality. The location is surreal, the view of Lake Como combined with the stunning modern architecture of the hotel. I am definitely coming back again and recommending this place to my family and friends.

The heated pool is top notch, complimentary paddle boards and bookable spa was incredible. The staff and ability to craft luxury agendas and boats, etc. was fabulous and convenient. The design of the hotel is unparalleled and modern magic. Loved it

The restaurant was way too expensive for the food we got. Least favorite part of the experience!

the breakfast was delicious but was missing the exceptionnal aspect to it the view and room were absolutely dreamy! loved every aspect of it! A big thank you to Nathan who went above and beyond during our stay and was absolutely delightful

Had the tasting menu for dinner. It was very mediocre at best. For 300 USD per person, it’s inexcusable. Eat at Belvedere or Vapore, both a five minute walk. Great food and ambience at 1/4 the price of Il Sereno .

I liked the modern style of the hotel which reflects the cleanliness of the rooms and service. The view was amazing from the balcony with a great seating area.

The utilities could be improved such as the kettle, blow dryer and iron.
