The location is just perfect; in a quieter area of the lake and every room has lakeview! It's also nearby the waterbus stop. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, so you're pretty much set to go 😀 The room was more than we could wish for: spacious and with a very comfortable bed & pillows. And a kettle for coffee in the morning ❤️ I will not complain about the -slightly outdated- brown tiles in the hallway, because who cares? To find such a hotel for this price is near impossible; I bet once they renovate, the prices will be tripled (if not more). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady at the bar even made us a delicious lunchbox when she heard that we were leaving very early the next morning ❤️

This is not directly related to the hotel but more to lake Como in general. The roads are VERY narrow! We even decided to leave the hotel at 5 in the morning, before the village wakes up so the roads would be empty.

We really enjoyed the stay and I would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, the hotel was 1 min walk from the ferry stop which was a bonus. The view of the lake was absolutely divine and so was the tranquility of the surroundings, very close to a small beach which you can sit at. Not a luxury beach but a beach indeed with wonderful sounds of the waves

The rooms were very cold and the breakfast was average at most, not much to choose from and was missing some vegetables. It was a food to fill a belly, I guess.

Quite easy to find and it locates by the lake. You can drive there easily. The hotel has got a very good restaurant and you can also eat there. They have a beach and you can enjoy it. But I didn’t use it due to cool weather.

As the building is somehow old and the soundproof is not so good. You could even hear the movement next door, or someone using the bathroom. If you are quite sensitive to the sound, you might not be able to sleep well during nights. You need to consider the fact.

The hairpin road going down to the property. If you drive a small car that would be OK, but with a family car, that was a challenge.

The views of Lake Como are astounding, so it’s a special place to stay. The more isolated location, away from the crowds of Como and Bellagio, is a relaxing benefit—but also know that ferries to and from Faggeto are few and far between, and the road getting there is a bit intense. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

It’s indeed a two-star hotel, so you get what you pay for—for example, the bath towels are old and rough, as are the bed sheets; both should be updated. The restaurant was underwhelming, based on the good reviews I read, but perhaps we mis-ordered.

The place was clean and the staff was so friendly, the room was spacious and had a lovely view of lake. The tiramisu from the restaurant downstairs was one of my favourites from my whole trip and we tried at least 10 tiramisu. The breakfast had a good variety and was stocked up regularly. The pick up for the boat was a one minute walk away so was very handy to see the other towns around the lake.

Our room was on the first floor which over looked the carpark so it would have been nice to have curtains that were not sheer. There is no shops close by so make sure to buy some drink and snack for the room on your days out.

The view was just amazing. Our room’s main window opened to lake Como. Clean room and excellent patio for the hotel restaurant. Lots of amenities that you don’t have such as swimming and boating facilities. Not a lot to walk around but more of relaxation station.

It’s not really an issue with the hotel but the drive to it is not for the faint of heart due to the narrow streets. Again that is a small price to pay for the excellent location of the hotel. We would stay again even with the hairy drive.

The location is amazing! It’s so close to the lake the photos don’t do it justice. The rooms have an absolutely incredible view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is also right next door to a lovely beach club and the ferry. Breakfast was also great, had plenty of options from the buffet, including eggs, bacon, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. The hotel can be a little hard to get to with infrequent ferry times (we made the mistake of getting the bus, which resulted in an incredibly difficult climb down the hill with bags in tow), so definitely recommend the beautiful ferry ride. Overall is was an unforgettable stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel, make sure you get a room with a lake view. Amazing panorama. The room is newly furnished, new furniture, very cosy room. Excellent service. The lady even took us to the bus stop, thank you very much. Excellent food. The marina is just 2 minutes' walk away. Good boat connections. I highly recommend it. The bus stops are far away, so it was more convenient for us to travel by boat. There is a very cosy bar on the lake shore with sun loungers for 10 eur.

2 restaurants, stunning view, close to the lake, close to boat rentals and other water sports such as Kayaks, SUPs and jet skis. the only thing the hotel is lacking is air conditioning, but it is overall very clean and comfortable with free parking spots. The hotel is located in Faggeto Lario, the ferry rides aren't so frequent, booking ferry tickets in advance is recommended if you are planning to visit Bellagio or other places.
