The location is just perfect; in a quieter area of the lake and every room has lakeview! It's also nearby the waterbus stop. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, so you're pretty much set to go 😀 The room was more than we could wish for: spacious and with a very comfortable bed & pillows. And a kettle for coffee in the morning ❤️ I will not complain about the -slightly outdated- brown tiles in the hallway, because who cares? To find such a hotel for this price is near impossible; I bet once they renovate, the prices will be tripled (if not more). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady at the bar even made us a delicious lunchbox when she heard that we were leaving very early the next morning ❤️

This is not directly related to the hotel but more to lake Como in general. The roads are VERY narrow! We even decided to leave the hotel at 5 in the morning, before the village wakes up so the roads would be empty.

We really enjoyed the stay and I would definitely stay again. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, the hotel was 1 min walk from the ferry stop which was a bonus. The view of the lake was absolutely divine and so was the tranquility of the surroundings, very close to a small beach which you can sit at. Not a luxury beach but a beach indeed with wonderful sounds of the waves

The rooms were very cold and the breakfast was average at most, not much to choose from and was missing some vegetables. It was a food to fill a belly, I guess.

Quite easy to find and it locates by the lake. You can drive there easily. The hotel has got a very good restaurant and you can also eat there. They have a beach and you can enjoy it. But I didn’t use it due to cool weather.

As the building is somehow old and the soundproof is not so good. You could even hear the movement next door, or someone using the bathroom. If you are quite sensitive to the sound, you might not be able to sleep well during nights. You need to consider the fact.

View was great Restaurant staff was polite and very quick The menu could offer more options.

The hairpin road going down to the property. If you drive a small car that would be OK, but with a family car, that was a challenge.

The place was clean and the staff was so friendly, the room was spacious and had a lovely view of lake. The tiramisu from the restaurant downstairs was one of my favourites from my whole trip and we tried at least 10 tiramisu. The breakfast had a good variety and was stocked up regularly. The pick up for the boat was a one minute walk away so was very handy to see the other towns around the lake.

Our room was on the first floor which over looked the carpark so it would have been nice to have curtains that were not sheer. There is no shops close by so make sure to buy some drink and snack for the room on your days out.

The location is amazing! It’s so close to the lake the photos don’t do it justice. The rooms have an absolutely incredible view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is also right next door to a lovely beach club and the ferry. Breakfast was also great, had plenty of options from the buffet, including eggs, bacon, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. The hotel can be a little hard to get to with infrequent ferry times (we made the mistake of getting the bus, which resulted in an incredibly difficult climb down the hill with bags in tow), so definitely recommend the beautiful ferry ride. Overall is was an unforgettable stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Stopped here en route to Italy by car, very much off the beaten track. Nice location beside lake, peaceful. Pleasant welcome. good room with all facilities, bed very comfortable. Very good meal, good breakfast.

Reaching hotel by car was a bit difficult, had to go through Como during rush hour and lakeside road to hotel was narrow and winding. Decor a little dated. Service in restaurant a little too formal, price of meal a little higher than we would have expected.

This hotel is a gem. We found it to be the ideal location for us since it was a quiet town and not too far for us to drive along the east side of the lake up from Como (1/2 hr). Parking is included right across the street. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. Breakfast was good with lots of variety including scrambled eggs and bacon. The boat to Bellagio or Como (and other towns along the way) comes right to the dock of Fagetto Lario. They are very helpful at reception to help you find the times for the boats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished that we had stayed longer than 2 days.

Shower was a little small.

We had very comfortable stay, staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the rooms we very clean and modern with great views. There was a local restaurant by the lake with delicious pizzas and mojitos. Hotel was a 2 mins walking distance from the lake.

We stayed in two different rooms, the second room was the family room which wasn’t as good as the first room. The double bed mattresses were quite old and uncomfortable. It’s great if you have a car and want to get to places but if you want to get around by busses, it’s a bit of an uphill walk from the accommodation which can be tiring but personally, this wasn’t much of an issue as it was a good experience.

The view was great, the young lady at the reception is very kind, parking available, bed was good

bad maybe needs a refresh of the furniture soon but overall clean Breakfast at the restaurant was very poor, no eggs and bacon at 9.25 AM not acceptable, they told us in 10 mins, after 15 mins we left (still there was nothing) because we had plans and eated outside. Only a few slices meet and cheese available.. Croissants were not fresh. Hotel big yes, breakfast / restaurant no. The view sure sells the place but the small things make it perfect.
