The location is nice, and it is nicer when the room is with a view on the lake. Bus stop C10 is directly in front of the hotel. Clean, kind staff. The hotel has restaurant and the food is super nice. I recommend to go visit an amazing village called Bellagio, about 40 minutes from the hotel, using bus and ferry

Beautiful location by the lake, very convenient for ferry and bus travel. Vibrant evening atmosphere but brilliant sound proofing from balcony doors. The team were very welcoming and assisted with any needs. They went above and beyond to welcome guests who weren’t native to the area. Breakfast was very nice, there was a mix of cooked and cured meats, granola, fruit and continental. We loved the freedom to help yourself. There is the option to have dinner at the hotel and there was a great variety of choice with fast service. Room was well presented and well looked after daily. Very genuine and honest family hotel.

The location is good restaurant was very good our room is tight for our luggages considering we are 3 we don’t know where to put it when we open

tight for 3 persons with the 3 luggages the main en charge of the breakfast/ in charge during the day is not accommodating what happened was i asked nicely on how to work out the toaster ( a bit different from what we have ) she told me how but looks not happy and with an Italian language she was uttering something to her self in the side one morning our child missed the breakfast coz he is not feeling well i asked for a toast and i just pay it she’ve done it but again uttering something in her language to herself find it. not professional other than that the rest of the staff was very very good very accommodating and friendly

We loved the location and enjoyed walking around the hills on the winding streets. We loved everything about the room. We sat on the balcony often. I made a cup of tea. The bathroom exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. The hostess who greeted us upon our arrival was great. The lady who served our dinner and assisted us in the morning was very pleasant. The dinner was the best lasagna and fish we have enjoyed in a long time.

I didn't like the fact that we only scheduled the one night stay. Of course, that was not your fault. 😀

The staff. Honestly, the staff were so lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. I felt so lucky that I ended up with a hotel that was in a good location AND had great people who were willing to help. With the bus stop and ferry stop being right in front of the hotel, moving around was so easy. Plus, I really liked that we still had a way to get in the hotel even when the main entrance was close for the night, so there was no worry about a curfew and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in como.

The view…. The view was absolutely sensational, even on a main road the noise was 0 to nothing. Very clean and spacious.

Didn’t like the location due to not much being in the area no main shops or supermarkets, just overpriced restaurants and a gelato. I didn’t like the check out process due to receiving barely any eye contact with the elderly lady, she demanded i pay city tax as I left which wasn’t a problem but travelling Europe with my partner at the moment we’ve been asked to pay upon arrival or before arrival not after checkout especially when we came from Rome and already paid a hefty city tax payment. Just felt a little demanding and rude the way I was asked to pay for it.

Nice, small hotel right on the shoreline boulevard. The rooms were airy and comfortable with sufficient amenities to make the stay all you need. Breakfast buffet was much larger than I had expected with just the things I value in a good hotel breakfast: scrambled eggs made of real eggs, fresh bread, and something for my sweet tooth😋. Also, the restaurant offers very good value and good food.

The central location means that there will be some noise from the street. Fortunately, the bars and restaurants close early so no real problem there. The walls are not very well isolated so if you happen to have loud neighbours you will hear them. There was an issue with the air con control for our room so we had to ask the reception to turn on and off our AC.

Although we only stayed for one night at this hotel, we noticed the total availability of the staff to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We received tourist assistance (information regarding the ferry departure schedule, suggestions for places to visit nearby, cheaper ways to get bus tickets and more). The rooms are not very large, but they are well equipped with everything necessary, the bathrooms include a bidet and most importantly… the cleanliness is impeccable. Last but not least, I would like to congratulate the hotel restaurant team for both the taste of the food, the presentation of the plate, and the service. The included breakfast was very good, with quality products, not at all budget class as we usually find at other non-premium locations. We will definitely come back!

I can't find anything unpleasant.

located in the middle of the hectic shore drive. we loved the location and did not mind the traffic. view from balcony is really nice. as a 4 person family we had to take two rooms, but they where very affordable. staff was friendly and breakfast was good although nothing extra. we appreciated the location as it was near to very good restaurants (we did not try out the dinner at the hotel). not a lot of parking space in the city, but also that worked out ok, tip is to buy a parking ticket from the hotel, it´s cheaper than paying directly on the parking lots. not the newest of facilities, but worked well for us, mainly sleeping a few hours at the hotel and then heading forward

A great price Loved how friendly and helpful the staff were Loved the location of the Hotel a two minute walk from the bus stop and then a minute walk to the ferry port. My room was always clean and the lovely cleaner even sorted some of my things out for me that I had left in a mess by an accident when I was in a rush. Staff always tried to accommodate any food/ drink choices. Breakfast was okay. The staff carried my case for me up the steep steps The restaurant serves food till 10pm during the summer it was really great. The room had a safe which was really handy. The shower was a good power and temperature. Great wardrobe space.

The breakfast options were the same every day nothing changed. There was only 2 hot food items eggs and bacon which I wish they varied them up. My room was very close to the bar next door so I struggled to sleep most nights due to the loud noise. The toilet was a little squishy not much room in the bathroom. However I stayed in a single room so I am assuming if you get a double room it might be different. Could have maybe been given a list of things to do. It was a local town so a top recommendations would have been good just a small leaflet maybe ?
