We liked everything. For the price we did not expect to have such a nice, clean and comfortable room, a well maintained pool, and good quality breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We rated the location highly because it is up on the green hills between lakes Lugano and Como, both reachable in 10 to 15 minutes by car.

Nothing the hotel can do anything about but be careful with the car navigator, it led us into a very narrow alley and managed to get out just because we had a small car. The hotel is easily reachable via main roads, the navigator for some reason got it wrong.

Apartment is a bit further away from the main hotel (1 min by car) with its own parking and a direct access by walk to the pool (1 min). Pool is nicely refreshing. Apartment is very spacious and modern, we felt very surprised while opening the door. Beds were comfortable and windows are soundproof what was an added value seen the concert happening a few meters away.

There is no air conditioning. Room temperature was 27 degrees without possibility to open the window as there is no mosquito net. Pool water is clean but pool side walls need some cleaning. A hanger for wet towels is missing in bathroom.

Very clean and cozy room with a superb panoramic view of the hillsides. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and made for restful sleep. Check in instructions were provided in writing and was clear and helpful. Room is equipped with a fridge, a safe and ample closet space. Breakfast was decent and parking was free.

Weak WiFi. Bidet was not a good system and uncomfortable to use. Shower was awkward due to low ceiling and located in a small tub with no protection glass.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with an elevator (it's important). Very clean and pleasant. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a number of windows, including the roof window, and this added a lot of light. The breakfast was regular and good, with enough cheese and ham, eggs, yoghurts, tasty fresh croissants, good coffee etc.

There was enough daylight due to windows, but in the evening, the existing lights in the room were very dark despite the fact that there were a few different spots of lights. But all of them were very dark. Can be fixed easily by changing the bulbs 💡

Fantastic views, friendly staff, fab room we had the grotto room, good breakfast, very clean and well maintained.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room and not even a bottle of water on arrival.

It's a nice hotel with nice staff and sitting outside if you pick rooms with a terrace and a swimming pool. Has lovely mountain views and a few restaurants nearby around 8 minutes walk, 2 minutes by car. I was very pleased with my stay. Would stay again.

The only little thing I didn't like, is that the fridge in the room is very small and you won't be able to keep any bottles or food there as it's tiny. Apart from that, everything else is fine.

Room was very specious and nice, clean and the view was so beautiful. Swimming pool was small but very clean and refreshing. The breakfast was okay but they couldve added more variety. Angela was so sweet and helpful and provided us with great support.

AC was not working. One of the staff shouted at us for using the AC but again Angela was very kind and sorted out everythng.. The room was dark so more lighting could be installed.

Magnificent view, very tasty breakfast and crystal clean designer apartments. We were very pleased to be in them. We also needed parking since we were traveling by car. It was provided to us. Special thanks for the late check-in! Unfortunately, road repairs did not allow us to arrive on time. We didn't use the pool, so we arrived very late and left early. But I would like to return to this place again for a few nights.

Our room was recently renovated and really modern. Everything was clean and well equipped. The staff was really friendly even though we can't speak any italian. The breakfast was simple but really delicious. The location is only 10-15 minutes by car from the next village at the lake. From there you can take a ferry to other parts of the lake. Over all we were really happy with our stay.

Delicious breakfast: meats, cheeses, pastries, yogurt, juice. Fabulous coffee. Pleasant breakfast room, outdoor area to sit and enjoy the view. Large room. Comfortable bed. Fabulous views! Efficient staff. What a nice place to spend some time on vacation. Be advised that the roads up and down the mountain and Val to the hotel are intimidating at first to us Americans. We were glad we had a small car with automatic transmission. By our final day, we were driving like the locals!

No USB to charge my phone. I had to unplug a lamp to find an outlet, making it a little dark in the room. No clock in the room. Flat pillows. None of these things will change our plans to return.
