The hotel is in old building which is renovated. Nice area, you can stay in the middle of nature and just relax. Parking, restaurant on site. Nice personal, friendly people. Fantasctic view from the restaurant . Possibility for hiking and walking. Room was nice with a big balcony/terrase.

The hotels management needs to be prepared for the guests for dinner, they did not have much to offer and something was sold out, not much to choose. There is no opportunites to eat somewhere close, only the restaurant on site. Breakfast was ok. Would be nice to have at least small fridge in the room.

The property was in the most incredible place. We absolutely love looking for hidden places that feel different and bring a different kind of vibe. We definitely felt it here with Simplicitas. The room we were given was worth every penny the straightforward price.. with a terrace balcony and big room even a fire place. Enjoy the thought of coming back and sitting by the fire in the winter. Access to the Italian side of lake Lagano was easy enough with car. We had our own vehicle, I could imagine staying without a vehicle would be very difficult considering the remoteness. Finally, our chef / host and booking agent Marco was fantastic. He was very personable. Having stayed in many locations through booking.com we really hadn’t come across a member of staff who was as engaging. Thank you Marco.

We arrived after a big storm so the road was in really bad condition. I’m sure on the agenda to be fixed but other than that we had no other comments.

Beautiful and relaxing, kept it's magic from the past. Everything is untouched and surprisingly the beds are very comfortable! The garden is peaceful and beautiful. The value for money is incredible.

It is a bit distant from the lake. Its not renovated in any way, so in some parts it feels worn off, but all is clean. Breakfast is not something to look for

Excellent location! A place to disconnect from everything and engage with nature. Besides not being in the main Villa (currently in renovation) we had a fantastic experience. The room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was new and spacious. At night when it gets a bit cold, the heater warms the room in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this gem. Perfect spot if you have a car and want to visit Lake Como.

Just a small problem, floor in the room was squeaking while walking (because the villa is too old so it's normal)

A great place for people who value quiet and peaceful locations. Communing with nature is the greatest asset of this place. An ideal place for pet owners who are welcome. Nearby a lot of tasty restaurants with local food.

The hotel has a breakfast terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately during our stay it was closed due to Covid or renovation. Lack of information, and it would be worth informing. Breakfast was served in the morning to the room.
