Room was spacious with a beautiful view. upon arrival enjoyed a drink by the swimming pool with a fantastic view and nice ambience. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again.

Was our fault, but last October, by our mistake booked the wrong month, but when we arrived, had to do a new booking on the spot for our stay in October. When contacting booking.com to see, if we could change the booking we did by mistake for November, to a date during 2025, never had an answer back. Anyway, water under the bridge.

Wonderful location with stunning views onto the lake from the 2nd floor restaurant and breakfast room. Great swimming pool. Friendly multilingual staff. Good breakfast. Efficient WiFi (once connected). Delicious supper, with unforgettable lake views as the sun went down. Good airco (necessary as it was 35°C when I arrived). Fascinating geographical setting 20 metres from the entry to the Italian enclave of Campione d' Italia.

My room was VERY small, so there wasn't really enough room for my Labrador dog and myself without me falling over him all the time 😀. The garage costs an eye watering 50 Francs* extra, which I had to take as I needed the Electric Recharging Station which is inside. It was very hard to connect my fone to the hotel WiFi (turned out there was a conflict with my chosen DNS server). I had a single bed - next time I'll make sure of ordering a bigger bed, and thus a bigger room! * Edit : Several days later I checked my hotel bill after I got home. It turns out the garage charge was 15 Francs, not 50. Sorry for that mistake!

Lovely view. Very comfortable room. Friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. Very clean. The location was absolutely stunning. Public transport was very easy and convenient so it was easy to get around.

Not many vegan options on the menu. The hotel adjusted a dish by omitting the fish (or meat). It would have been nice to have the option of vegan butter at breakfast, although they did provide a plant-based alternative to cows' milk. It was easier for the vegetarians than for the vegans (although limited food choices for both). BE CAREFUL WITH 'BOOKING.COM' !! We had originally booked half-board on the booking.com website but when we arrived at the hotel, this was not the case!! We had to purchase all food on top of the hotel costs already paid. Apparently, this is a common occurrence with that platform.

We were upgraded to a suite which was far better than the family room we had there last time. Beautiful lake view and large, two room style. Plenty of room for a family of four with teenage children.

The aircon didnt work properly in the bedroom and was noisy when we tried to use it but the lounge aircon worked perfectly so we just used this one.

We had a very nice room with a nice balcony and a nice view. The room was comfortable and clean.

We had a dog and it was very hard to find a place where we could bring it to the toilet. The hotel was next to a busy road and it was very unsafe to walk alongside it if you needed to go to the shops.

First of all, the surprise: we were given a Suite without asking. Then the location outside Lugano that can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The restaurant was nice: we had one dinner and all breakfast. No complaint. Staff extremely friendly. The garage is very practical. There is a nice pool that we did not use. Dinner on the terrace is great. This hotel deserves more stars.

The property was clean and tidy with good sized room, good facilities and great view of the lake.

If you don’t have transport there isnt a lot around the hotel although there are restaurants within a 20-25 minute walk and public transport.

Very good location and splendid view on the lake. Easy to reach from and to by car or bus other towns. The room was nice and clean, great staff everywhere and especially at the restaurant, good food and we had also a nice gift for our daughter due to Easter (chocolate eggs). We came by car and the hotel has an inside garage which was a good option for us. Overall very well maintained hotel with attention to details and customer oriented. A plus was also a good internet connection (could take a business call easily)

The only consideration from our side is related to the fact that we miss some vegetables at breakfast but we acknowledged eg. the great cheese, the cakes and coffee.

Hotel a tad dated but still nice and in a great location. Staff was great. My favorite was the breakfast. Not that it offers unusual things but it is being managed super-well.

The bus station was just in front of the hotel. Hotel looked clean and good staff. Breakfast was alright. Very nice view to the lake.

There was a strange smell coming from the toilet . But we reported and not sure what they did but it worked only for a while and was on again.
