I liked almost everything about my stay. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the lake. Breakfast was good, with great service. I did miss having some fresh vegetables like sliced cucumber or tomatoes, but overall it was very satisfying. The coffee was excellent. Their restaurant is definitely worth trying—delicious dishes for both lunch and dinner (highly recommended!). The room had nearly everything I needed. The only thing I missed was a mini fridge to keep drinks cool or food fresh. It's not a major issue, but something that would be especially useful during the hot summer months.

The location is exceptional. The view from the window was sublime and it's a 1 minute walk to the train staion that takes you to Lugano or Como. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was a mini ferry terminal that took you to Lugano.

Very small problem of working out how to get in the hotel as the front entrance was locked and the back door was very unassuming. Then once we were in, there was no staff at that time, so we had to find the key left out for us. Not particularly troublesome though.

A very decent hotel in the middle of nowhere. I needed a place to rest for one night before continuing my journey, and found it to be perfect for the job. Clean, spacious rooms, good AC, plenty of private parking spots. The price is great for what they offer. The town is truly sleepy, located next to a beautiful lake (but unfortunately you won't be able to take advantage of that, cause there's no good access to it anywhere near the hotel)

I and my husband went to the party. We needed the room only for a few hours after the party. So we book the accommodation for the reasonable price and we did not except a lot. But than we were very nicely surprised by the situation of the hotel, the staff friendliness and how the room were cleaned. The bed were very comfortable.

Wow, honestly was more amazing than I expected. The photos on Booking.com truly don’t do it justice. The rooms were very nice / modern, and extremely clean. The location was excellent as we were traveling by train and the hotel is steps away from the station. The restaurant on site was awesome - something you never expect from a hotel restaurant. The man at the front desk was so welcoming! It felt almost as if a family member was attending to us. If you are in the area, I 100% recommend this hotel. I will be back!

Truly nothing negative to say at all. A wonderful experience - I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The location is walking distance to the lake. A fully modernized traditional hotel with an excellent Italian menu restaurant. Compliments to the chef! The breakfast is good serving patries, hams and cheeses.This is a superb location close to Lugano and Como. Ideal for a short stop-over. Convenient parking.

Difficult to find any fault.

Service, friendliness of the staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Carpark Wass right in front of the hotel. Uncomplicated and fast check in and check out.

The stairs with heavy suitcases. Should be mentioned in the write up, so one can prepare accordingly, especially for elderly people or people with physical weaknesses.

The hotel is located right out of the train station. The rooms/beds/bathroom are extremely clean, which was so pleasant. The food at the restaurant was 5 stars! The staff was very nice.

The entrance to the hotel was very confusing and not well indicated. It would be nice to have two keys when sharing a hotel room.

The breakfast we got was good, but it was not ok that we had to pay exstra for the scrambled eggs. The staff was very nice. The dinner at the the restaurant was nice.

We missed Nutella! ;)

The location is very convenient, for the transfer. The view is amazing. The staff is very helpful, polite and welcoming. Btw I would like to note the cleanliness of the room, the shower, like new. In the evening we had dinner in a restaurant, everyone liked the soup, especially the child. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend.
