Great appartment, everything is so new and very clean, well-equipped with all amenitites. The hotel owners and personnel are very friendly and are ready to help. Good breakfast for 5 Euro per person only.

The appartment was in another building, it is actually not a part of the hotel. You have to walk out and go further down the street for about 5 minutes to find the appartment in a simple house. And this disctrict of the city is not a very good one, streets are full of immigrants from different countires, I didn't feel safe when we returned to this house in the evening.

Before arriving at Lizard, we visited stayed in Mestre at a 4* hotel…but we liked Lizard more 😄 Yes, it is not fancy. But it is very cozy, with a warm atmosphere. The staff is great, the room was clean and even if we did not had a big room, we felt perfectly fine. We did not missed anything. The location was also good: 15 min walking distance to the old town, 30 min walking distance to the train station.

The refrigerator from the room was a little bit loud if you have a light sleep. We solved it by not using it😄 Other the this, nothing to comment.

20 minutes flat walk to the Lake. 10 minutes to town. Affordable. Great breakfast - our favourite! Staff really friendly. AC. Comfortable! Great showers. Lovely building. Plenty of parking!

Had to buy an adapter- no usb points. Found this to be standard in Italy. However armed with a usb adapter allowed us the enjoy the rest of our holiday. No not a big deal

Nice and Clean, friendly and welcoming. Especially very nice breakfast, have a very wide parking lot and have electricity Charger for EV cars. I love the tiles floor. And then Very near to the Como ferry tour and Center of the city Como and popular places to visit. I definitely recommend this place and I will surely come back again for my next visit.

We had rented their apartment, which is located about 400 meters from the hotel itself, which probably surprised us a bit. This should probably be mentioned. The apartment itself was newly renovated and in very good condition.

Great location with parking close to the old town. Friendly family run hotel.

A/C a little weak, but a good quiet fan was also supplied. Together they kept us cool in hot weather. The outdoor seating area could use a little love.

Breakfast was lovely, yogurts, coffee, baked goods and fresh fruit to get you started for the day. Location was great very easy to get to and from places. Staff were absolutely lovely and the room was very comfortable and a great size.

Little privacy between rooms, we only had one door between our room and the neighbours and could hear every word they spoke. A bit further out, in a little bit of a less affluent area of Como

Our experience with the host was exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Their prompt and attentive assistance was greatly appreciated and made our trip all the more enjoyable.
