This stay absolutely exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic, and we were lucky to book a room with a balcony and a beautiful view—such a bonus. The room had a small kitchen, which was incredibly helpful and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were kind and very helpful throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised to receive free bus passes for the duration of our stay—a thoughtful and convenient touch. One more great surprise: the property has a laundry room! That was especially appreciated since we were traveling for an extended time. All in all, a wonderful experience—would definitely return!

The check-in process was really easy because we could do it online before arriving. The staff were friendly and helpful. I love that it comes with a ticino ticket, so we get to enjoy transportation for free throughout the entire stay and access to various attractions (either free/discounted price). As a traveller, I also appreciate that there is a free washing machine and dryer that we can use (detergent included). The place is only 2 min away from the bus stop so it's very convenient to travel to the city centre and main station. I love that my room that overlook the city has a balcony; it makes it easier to get fresh air. The room has a working AC. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The room I was in comes with a kitchen (stove, microwave, kettle, etc), which is good. But, they only provide cups, so unfortunately you can't really use the kitchen unless you bring your own plates and pans. I don't know if you can request those things for an additional price because I wasn't planning to cook anyway (worth to check tho). If you're a light sleeper, bare in mind that the walls are a little thin so the voices can travel between rooms.

the location was fine, everything was easy to get to by bus. There wasn’t much to do around the hotel besides restaurants but that’s okay because it was more of a relaxing trip for myself. The lake was beautiful. Ate at the snack bar across the street once during the day and it was very good. The staff were really nice and answered quickly to messeges. The bed was also comfy.

The only thing I didn’t like is I don’t understand why kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc come with the room. I knew ahead of time that you had to pay to have those which is fine. I bought bread, cheese, and ham to make a sandwitch and there wasn’t even a plate.

Even if I appreciated my stay, I have a couple of suggestions for the management. The fan of the centralized air conditioning is a little bit noisy, and I wasn't able to switch it off. It's a pity, because, for the rest, the room is very quiet. The strongest light in the room is commanded only by a switch near the entrance door. As a consequence, customers typically disconnect the lamp power cord from the power outlet when lying on the bed. Therefore, when entering the room, the light switch does not work: it is annoying when checking in late....

Very spacious and clean studio room with queen bed at an excellent rate for Swiss standards. Microwave and fridge provided to warm-up and store your own food (there are two small discount supermarket nearby with decent prices). Just take with you a plastic fork/knife/spoon and you can have your ready made dinner or breakfast in the room.

Kitchen stove is also available, but in order to have all the tools for the kitchen (plates/cutlery/pans/...) there is an extra 15chf charge (it is in the initial conditions, so not a surprise).

The area..not far from the railway station and lake easy accessible by foot or bus. All and all for the price we paid it was fine.

The check in time at 15h30 is a bit late.😔 The check out time 10h30 is abit early 😔 Some of the hotels in Lugano we stayed are more flexible for the check in and out time and free..

This property really ideal, it's so close to the lake about 5 mins walk and only 15 mins walk to the centre. They are also close to the train station and main bus routes. The staff were so helpful and friendly , the room were clean and just what we needed, you see alot of bad reviews - but I'd completely disagree with these. Also they offer a free travel pass which includes discounts , I made the most of this and saved lots on transport, would recommend doing this if your staying here. I also used the washing machine and dryer which were free to use and the power was also provided, irons are also available to use. Great stay. Thanks to those members of staff for being so helpful!

Quirky interior in reception area. Bar /coffee shop (OK Snack Bar) opposite beside BP station. More than a snack bar. Very friendly staff. Easy transit on bus one stop from train station. Ticket for public transport can be obtained through hotel before arrival. Store in Google wallet etc. We walked from station. Large bathroom. Large storage area. Good for lots of luggage.

No TV Need to rent kitchen equipment if needed. No utensils.

I really liked the proximity to bus stations, shops, city center, the politeness of the réceptionniste.

They don t change the towels every day. I don t expect the room to be cleanee every day. But new towels and a pickedup trash are needed. Shower was quite small. They need to leave some bigger cups in there, the 2 small ikea glasses were annoying to use.

Great value. Provides what you need to explore Lugano. The bus stops going both directions are just a few steps from the front door. And it has A/C, which was awesome with the heat wave while we were there! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. They let you do your laundry for free as well!

The bathroom could have used more towel hooks to hang towels and the shower curtain could maybe be wider to keep water from wetting the floor, but these are just nitpicks and I only list them by way of suggestions for the management. The room was great otherwise.
