Apartment was clean and well appointed. Location was accessible to Bellagio and Lecco- by bus or car. Nice to be away from the crowds and with beautiful scenery. Onno has a couple of restaurants so we could eat out. Sauna was lovely especially on cooler days. Staff lovely -very helpful and friendly and had excellent English.

Small jacuzzi pool needs heating. We were in a ground floor and basement apartment-had not been aware of this from description. Kitchen had one damp wall and mould growing. Shame as rest of apartment was in good order. No floor sound proofing/dampening between apartments-could hear footsteps, voices and chairs scraping from neighbours above us. Rugs upstairs would help reduce this.

This was the best villa I have had the privilege of staying at. Staff were commendable and absolutely great! They were available on Whatsapp at any time of the day. They were very helpful regarding transport, food options, communication regarding the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Victoria, Beatrice and Ricardo who made our stay comfortable and went out their way for us. Highly recommend. Very clean. Short walk to the ferry that takes you to other towns. We will be back here for our next trip to Italy!

If you want to be looked after with the utmost of care, this is the Villa for you. The lady who looks after you is so helpful and truly put her heart and soul into making you feel cared for and attended to. She even gave me assistance when I organised all the restaurants a week before we even arrived! Whenever we needed something she was either there in person or on the phone, truly exceptional service! The property itself is nice and modern, comfortable, with all facilities needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. The shower is fantastic. Beds are comfortable. Lovely soft towels provided. The pool is particularly lovely, chic, beautiful and warm. The view is truly exceptional! We went on a boat tour past various famous peoples houses, and none of them had the view we had. 3 mountains converging, which you could see if you merely looked up from the pool. There is also a viewing area with loungers, which we used regularly, including eating our breakfast looking at the stunning view. Plenty of parking and easy to get to Bellagio within 20 minutes.

The lighting in the apartment is rather stark at night. Could do with some sidelights! We attended to this by buying candles, which softened the lighting at night. That is the only small thing, the rest of it was truly excellent, everything we needed was there.

Amazing peaceful private property and views. Exactly as in photos. Great for our family needs (we were at two adjacent apartments on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and pool). Well equipped. Alizee was the most helpful property manager and helped us with local recommendations, a minor emergency and much more. Wil go back if we can. The beds were good but might be too soft if you're used to a harder mattress. Good hot water and pressure in shower. Excellent washing machine (no dryer) and dishwasher. Wi-fi in the basement level spotty but great elsewhere in apartment. Onno is a cute village with a few cafes and casual restaurants. the coffee shops open very early and have some provisions. The nearest grocery is one village over - 7 minutes drive from the apartment. 15 minutes or so to Bellagio. 40 minutes or so to Como.

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Bellagio Village with our large family group of seven adults and two young children (a toddler and a baby). The house was delightful—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group of our size. The location was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views and easy access to the lake. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly had a fantastic time and would love to return!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Beautiful property with amazing views and facilities. Our host Alizée was so professional and very helpful throughout our stay, helping us whenever we needed help with activities and transport. She provided us with every necessary information we needed, and for that we are very grateful for.

There was a small issue with water on the floor due to condensation. No slipper was provided.

Beautiful property with extremely nice backyard and view on lake and mountains, very good communication before and during stay, very pleasant and not intruding. You will find almost everything you need in the apartment and most importantly, one of the most incredible terrace with spectacular view.

A bit confusing thermostats, but I could be not used to this type. TV channels are very basic and chromecast didn’t work for iPhone (again could be me). Place is really isolated so this is not necessarily bad thing, but since roads are narrow it takes you very long to reach any bigger city.

It was an excellent vacation. The facilities are great (the apartment, the pool and the sauna) and the view is stunning ... at certain times of the day it looks like a picture painted on the wall. Having a reception (even though it's not a hotel) is also worth mentioning. But what really made the difference was the service and the special attention we received from the reception attendant, because when we arrived, I mentioned that we were celebrating 25 years of marriage ... The next day we received a very special gift (thank you very much Alizée).

Great apartment with million dollar view of the lake. Clean, modern, well equipped. Big bedrooms. AC. Amazing service from the property manager who was always available and went above and beyond to be helpful. You can get groceries delivered to your apartment. Kayaks and Sup available for rent just in front of the property. Short walking trail there too. Great stay overall.

If you want privacy, this is not the place for you because you share the pool and pool area with 3 other apartments. The downstairs apartments are right on the shared area so people walking by can see inside.
