Breakfast was very good. Hot water was always available to make tea or coffee. Bread rolls were ample and we got hot food made only when we needed. Pasta dishes cooked by hotel chef were were 😋 tasty and if we needed anything the owner always helped. Would go there again 👍

Local shops near the resort would have been helpful to buy our individual favourite fruit etc but the owner arranged transport taxi for us to go to a shopping mall to buy necessary stuff.

The motel/hotel is located on the lake shore, on a beautiful place. The terrace overlooks the lake. Silence and peace. The room is not too big, but it was the only place in Italy where I found the pillow good. A long and nice beach belongs to the hotel, with sun beds, facilities where you can eat, or drink a good beer from the bar. Parking is safe.

Except the boss, the staff can't speak English well. Even booking.com indicates a restaurant on place, this restaurant is more than simple, you may select only pastas, 3-4 types maximum. The closest real restaurant is several km far from Nautilus. In my opinion this information should be make more accurate by booking.com. Breakfast is not too rich, but the biggest problem is the speed of refilling the emptied plates. (salami, bread etc.)

The place is simply magical ,peaceful, and surrounded by stunning greenery. The owner and staff are wonderful people, warm and genuinely attentive. The view of the lake from every corner of the room is absolutely breathtaking. We can’t wait to return – highly recommended! Liat & zak🪻

Incredibly friendly , fantastic setting private beach , rooms all looking across the water . Quiet , some Amazing boats and Old Motorcycles in the owners Collection . Just a truly one in a million find !

Fabulous location on the shore of the lake with private beach. The staff were all very friendly and did everything to make our stay a good one.

The breakfast was a little basic but it was sufficient.

A very, very beautiful place, and I expect it to be the best place in Italy. The owner of this place is a very great, kind, and friendly person. His manners and treatment are very nice. He deserves all the praise. The place is very beautiful, and he deserves to live in it during your entire vacation.

Location is perfect!! The room is exactly on the lake. The place is so quiet. The view is amazing. The staff is so supportive and generous!

Nothing at all

the views of the lake from the rooms is exceptional- the seating areas around the property offer superb views - we liked the nautical theme, the owner was very attentive and has some boat and bike memoribilia which was interesting to see.

Breakfast choice was very basic but it was all fresh- and only a comment about the location.. there is no resturant for evening food so we had to go out in taxi to lecco. This was good going but we found it difficult to find a taxi back. A suggestion-maybe the hotel could offer some local take away services to allow food to be delivered as we would have been happy to stay by the lake and buy more drinks from the hotel.

Owner. Location. Easy access, parking, everything. It also had a full restaurant. Served a full dinner that night. Local stuff, cooked fresh, on site. Filled with local, (not all guest). Food we the best, authentic dinner. I felt like I was eating at a locals someones kitchen table.

Location was amazing Staff were fabulous Owner and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival and many other situations
