The room was comfortable and had good ventilation. The kettle in the room was an asset. Very close to ferry for lake, moto guzzi museum and train stop, everything within walking distance. Food at the restaurant was to die for. The bistecca fiorentina for 2 was excellent and also the grilled veg and sauces. Breakfast was abundant and fresh.

The beds could be better and toilet seat was broken. Other than that no complaints.

The location was excellent for us as we were travelling by train. The room, bed were excellent, the staffs are extremely helpful.

The AC was working when we arrived but it suddenly stopped working at night. the staffs were very helpful to try to solve it. Since AC did not work we had to sleep keeping windows open and it was very noisy at night being next to a busy road.

The place itself is really beautiful, rooms were clean, through the window you can see mountains. Though you can hear cars going by the road, but for me it wasnt a big problem. Shower ant toilet were clean, staff was really friendly. 5 min walk to the Como lake.

The double bed was just two single beds putted together, which can be annoying to put them back together after some sleep.

Close to railway station. Great value for money, clean and a great dinner. Staff were all excellent and very friendly.

The property is more a restaurant and bar with a few rooms. The rooms are are large, basic and dated but offer good value if on a budget. Breakfast was a bit limited in it offer.

The location was superb, right across from the train station and walking distance to all bars and shops etc

It was a little noisy in the hallway so the room could benefit from an internal door to block out some of the noise.

Location is excellent with a restaurant attached walking distance to the Moto Guzzi factory, five minutes maximum. There is underground secured parking for your motorcycle as well.

Nothing to dislike although I was on the first floor which was good.

It was decent value for money, and with nothing else really available for those dates, I was overall satisfied. Room was quite large. Town is nearby and has some nice cafes.

The bed was not comfortable, it is too old. Windows were facing the road and some loud bikes and cars were disturbing my sleep. This is not really the fault of the hotel, it is overall car-centric culture of the region. The sidewalk near the hotel is narrow / non-existent, walking into town is not very pleasant, but it is a very short walk. Paying by card at 8 am presented a minor difficulty / delay, though it was solved.

Clean, lovely staff, great food and atmosphere. Convenient from the boats and to the train.. I asked for an extra pillow and some milk which was no trouble and the staff sorted thus out immediately.

The room was a little run down.. and no fridge..

Great apartment in a perfect location out of the crazy tourist crowds. The restaraunt also made probably the best pizza I ate in all of italy.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and shower flooded.

Food in the restaurant is very good , tables outside in the dining terrace and they make one of the best pizza we ever try in the whole trip. Short walk to the lakes beaches and boat trips

Air conditioning not very powerful and a bit noisy from the road outside
