As a young couple, we loved this B&B and our host Liù so so much. Liù does everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible and from our first night we have recommended her to so many friends and family wishing to stay in Lake Como! Liù prepared breakfast everyday from 8-9:30 and it was delicious, including a wide spread of fruits, pastry, coffee, eggs, toast etc. The room was so comfortable and really felt like home away from home including an ensuite bathroom and wifi. The house is also a short walk from both a train and bus station, making it very easy to explore Lake Como and other nearby cities. We would also like to add that we had a day trip to Lugano, Switzerland, and due to a late train, we missed the final bus. We had asked Liù if she knew of any taxis, but she insisted that she pick us up and take us home - on top of a delayed train that resulted in a late night, but Liù was an angel and assured us it was ok. We appreciate Liù and Lierna so much and are so excited to return one day, and we really can’t recommend it so much!!

The location is great - walking distance from the Lierna beach. The view is stunning especially for breakfast. The owner is very welcoming and available. Breakfast delicious on an amazing balcony. We also like the fact that is a B&B and not a large scale hotel because it allows you to really feel in an Italian home! Strongly reccomended.

Nothing - would be nice to have more parking space but already lucky to have the possibility to have one parking slot in her home. All the area is difficult for parking.

Liu’s home is very welcoming and atmospheric. The surroundings are beautiful, with a beach by Lake Como not far from the apartment, as well as nearby restaurants. Inside, the place is clean and cozy – a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfasts in a peaceful setting are especially worth mentioning: the host plays calm instrumental music while you enjoy your meal and the incredible view. Room was spotless and the breakfast was superb, and the location was perfect to access trains and boats to visit other parts of Como. There's a great family owned restaurant just next door and the food is fabulous. The owner of the B&B Liù was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with, and went above and beyond to make me welcome and assist me . Thank you again Liù for everything, driving me to meet my train in Lecco to connect with my flight from Bergamo. ❤️ and for taking me to the musical performance on the Saturday ! I have no hesitation in recommending this B&B to anyone who is looking for a peaceful setting in a beautiful part of Lake Como, which is budget friendly . ❤️❤️❤️❤️

No complaints as everything exceeded my satisfaction and expectations.

Nice cosy place to stay in great location around Lago di Como if you don't want to be in the most crowded places in Como. Good tidy room and helpful hostess. Good value for money.

I'm not really a B&B -kinda guy, so this wasn't my preferred place to stay. But everything went really fine and we had nice time in Le Ortensie and Lierna area, although everything was a bit "off season" by the time of our visit.

The family and Max - the cat running the place are very friendly :):):). We had a room with private bathroom and direct access to a beatuful garden. It was comfortable. The breakfast was good, typical continenal with pastries, friut and cereal. We were offered some eggs as well, which was a great touch. Location is perfect for chilling, 2 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and 7 minutes drive to Varenna. Overall we had fab time.

Bathroom is a bit small and in need of some modernization.

The Location of the property is really well located, you can walk from the station to the house without any problem, it’s really quick. There is a shore 4 min walking where you can swim and enjoy the astonishing view of the lake como. The house is really cozy and and well decorated, the host is extremely kind and friendly, the breakfast is a huge plus that I love it ! The room was pretty clean, it had a comfortable bed and a nice view to the external garden. It was a really good experience, and for this reason, I highly recommend !

Nothing, everything was really good and better than expected. Just bear in mind that the train line is close and you can occasionally listen the train sound, however, nothing that bother me.

The property was beautiful! Very comfortable for our family of 4 visiting for a long weekend. Breakfast was also great with a spectacular view. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and train!

The private bathroom is not exactly private. It is outside of the room, which we did not mind, but some party guests of the host did use it during a dinner party on one of the nights we were there. We do not mind sharing a bathroom, but would have been nice to be disclosed ahead of arrival as we do have small children (who aren’t great about locking doors - admittedly) and did keep personal belongings in the bathroom with the assumption it was just for our use.

Very wonderful experience Comfortable stay. Everything we need was provided. Excellent breakfast. Very at home feeling.Near the lake and restaurant. About 10-15mins walk from Lierna Train station

The signboard of the Bnb is confusing. We knocked on the wrong door. Also, the instructions of the keys are not quite clear.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely place. Every corner of the house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated - feel warm and welcoming. The view facing the lake was absolutely stunning - peaceful and refreshing. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Recommended!
