Excellent location with a spacious triple room featuring beautiful design and well-chosen furniture, all thoughtfully detailed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The coffee machine with pods, along with tea and still/sparkling water, was a lovely touch. We found the sound of the church bells charming and romantic. With the windows closed, the room was well-insulated, and the bell tower chimes didn’t disturb us at all. We had dinner at the restaurant 3 night in a row and were very pleased with the food. On weekends it gets quite busy so it is recommended to make a reservation.

Arrived to a lovely warm welcome, room was ready early and I was directed to nearby free parking in easy walking distance. The hotel is above a brilliant and excellent restaurant, I can highly recommend having something to eat here, the food was incredible. Room was beautiful, plenty of space, modern and clean, especially enjoyed the shower! Tucked away so nice and quiet too. There is a shared sitting plaza outside the rooms which looked like a nice place to rest and recover from nearby attractions. You're a minute or so walk away from the Lake Como ferry, so easy to get to nearby Lecco or Bellagio, equally shops and a local market very nearby. I wanted to visit Moto Guzzi which is equally a short walk away. Honestly this was one of the best hotels on this trip - not least due to the brilliant welcome and tips!

The accommodation is in a nice, quiet place for vacation. At this time of year, I was able to find good parking, the property, is a few minutes walk from lago di Lecco.. idyllic place to linger. The room "VIANDANTE" is small but very nice. It's very clean, modern, and a great bed, at least the way I like it, hard! Every detail was taken care of. My dog was allowed, which I was very happy about, as it is often not common. At the Restaurant Alberti, I was able to enjoy a tasty meal, the service, was very attentive and friendly. Roberto, the administrator, is very attentive, friendly, and takes care of my concerns without any problem. I will definitely come back, I really like it. Thank you Roberto for everything.

Excellent location. Incredibly clean. Very good air conditioning. Prompt messaging with the owner/manager. Extremely clear instructions on how to find the property. Easy walk from the train station and steps from the lake. Trains are frequent and cheap. We almost hired a car and are so pleased we didn’t. Driving and parking in this whole area looks very difficult. The train was easy to book on Trainline and was one short stop from Varenna which is a must see when at Lake Como. Lovely breakfast. All in all, a wonderful and peaceful place to stay.

I liked my stay at the property a lot, its location, very convenient check-in and check-out, responsive host, bathroom and room facilities in working order, simple but tasteful design of the room. The building is lovely and has a nice terrace. There are a few eateries nearby, a nice bakery 2 minutes away, a ferry terminal and a railway station thanks to which it is relatively easy to explore some towns. The lakefront area has a lot of benches where you can relax. I recommend Locanda Alberti and Mandello del Lario. I hope to be back one day.

Our accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully appointed room and tastefully renovated. The location was fabulous, only a few metres from the lake. The restaurant within our accommodation was perfect and had a delicious dinner late that night on our arrival. We would have loved to stay longer in this area of Mandello del Lario. The staff, restaurant and accommodation were exceptional. Will definitely stay here again should we return to this beautiful part of the world.

I recently stayed at Locanda Alberti in Mandello del Lario and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore the town and surrounding areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help with any requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Mandello, I highly recommend Locanda Alberti!

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! I stayed here as part of a trip with my mum, both of our rooms were stunning! Especially the bathrooms. One of the rooms had a little balcony too which was nice. There was a superb range of complementary items such as coffee and breakfast snacks. The check in system was great, with the codes sent over WhatsApp, which also was an easy way to contact the hosts. The location is beautiful, very near the lake and within the beautiful old town of Mandello Del Lario. The town was easy to reach by train, and then the hotel is just a short walk from the station.

I just wish we had stayed longer! I will definitely be coming back! 😊

The room was adorable and highly functional, clean, and cozy. Small details such as ubs and usd-c charging outlets, water snacks, and coffee maker in a room are well thought and made with care! Location is 🔥🔥🔥- 1. 1 min to the right the lake, 5 min to the left is mountains and train station; 2. fewer tourists very local (you need to learn some Italian); 3. peaceful and beautiful. If you want to enjoy peace and grace, this place is the best. Their is a church bell right outside and a restaurant downstairs. If you are a sensitive sleeper and sleep until late morning, maybe this is not the best place for you. I didn't mind waking up with the bell😊. The check-in is online, and instructions were given by what's app- informative and convenient. I will be back and recommend this place!

It's not a complaint, maybe suggestion to improve it even more. There is no shampoo and soap in the shower cabinet - bring it with you. There is a soap by the sink, which is not convenient when you are in a shower.

The host was excellent at communication & little touches to make me feel comfortable. The choice of coffee was excellent. The shower was amazing & I loved the church bells! I have been touring Europe for a while & this is the first place that I have found milk in the fridge, I was surprised & happy. The heated towel rail actually worked too, another rarity. The host is very thoughtful & it was appreciated. The location was perfect in a beautiful location & everything needed close by. Short walk to railway station. I would love to stay again.

The fridge didn't seem very cold which may be a problem in hot weather but it was October so fine. Loud conversation outside my room & door banging on my last morning which I think was the cleaning staff. I had set my alarm & packed the night before so didn't appreciate this.
