We were on a working holiday in May and stayed at B&B San Benedetto from the 14th to 18th. We drove in from Milan airport.. Cesare sent us clear directions and personally welcomed us with all the information we could need for visiting Bergamo. His recommendations were on point. The accommodation was lovely and perfectly situated, within walking distance from the new city and Citta Alta as well as easy day trips to Lake Como and Milan. We walked up to Citta Alta every time, even though there was a funicular close by. We can definitely recommend B&B San Benedetto for a wonderful stay in a beautiful city. Grazie Cesare

amazing owner. Absolutely best ever. First explained on the map where we are , where is shopping street, which way to old town (also what is interesting in the upper town ) Also explained how to go to Como Lake and Milano. He shown us two restaurants in the lower town and two on the upper town. Also he suggested to keep our baggage on the last day (free of charge). Cleaning every second day. Location is near the main street where bus "1" takes you to station, uppertown, Airport.

the room is offered with breakfast so the kitchen is rather equipped for cofee service. However there are pleanty of restaurants and coffeterias nearby so no need for the kitchen at all (my favourite one is T-Bakery).

We love this BnB - perfect lovatoin, only 15min walk from the train station. Great location, close to everything, close to Alta CIta as well. The apartment is very spacious and the small kitchenette is very convenient, coffee pods is provided everyday and communication with the host is great! We definitely recommend this BnB. There's also a small balcony and AC is a plus. Thank you for hosting us!

I am really satisfied by our stay at BB San Benedetto. Great location - walking distance to everything you need to visit in Bergamo. Comfortable and cosy accommodation with beautiful view from our window 😍 The host is friendly, welcoming, and full of good recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit :) We are really thankful for everything and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bergamo :)

Everything was perfect!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights during the May Bank holiday weekend. The room was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, and a great big window with a lovely view.. The location was fantastic with the upper part of the city only a 10 minute walk. Our host Cesare was very helpful with recommending places to see and eat Bergamo for which I'm very grateful. Would definitely recommend a stay at rhe B&B Timothy Ireland

The location is absolutely perfect. There is an option to use an underground parking space, which was really convenient for us. The center of Bergamo and the Citta Alta are on both sides and equally close, just a few minutes walking. We also found the perfect restaurant two minutes away (Trattoria da Adrian), which was really nice for the evenings. Cesare was a wonderful host, gave us amazing sightseeing advice which really helped us. The appartment is beautiful, clean and cosy, but bear in mind the walls are not going all the way to the top (so the two bedrooms are not very isolated in terms of noise). Even so, the view from the window at night is just amazing. I recommend highly this place, it made our stay full of precious memories!

It’s a perfect place in Bergamo center. It’s clean, cosy, comfortable and in a very good location. The host Cesare is very nice, helpful man. He tolds us about the best places to visit, about the restaurants and other things we asked. Property has everthing you need and the most important it has very nice owner and one of the best locations in city center.

We found the place very clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we felt genuinely welcomed by the host, who took the time to recommend great places to visit and local foods to try. The surroundings were peaceful and conveniently close to the new city center.

Everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay.

The host Cesare was outmost hospitable and very helpful with explaining everything about the accommodation and the city as well. We found the best places, restaurants and shops to visit upon his recommendations. Our accommodation was in the city center, 10-15 minutes on foot from the downtown and the upper city. The room was clean and well equipped, the only thing we missed a bit was a small microwave oven but other than that we had a great experience, recommend it 100 %.

The location was excellent in between the Old Town and the lower part of Bergamo and easy access from the Airport bus. The host Cesare went through the map of the area and places to visit and eat which were all perfect for our visit. We would definitely go back
