Location and price wise more convenient than sleeping close to the airport at the same brad hotel and having to take a taxi to get to /from the airport. It's literally 6minutes walk from the train station (there you can save another little bit by traveling by train from Milan central) and less than 5 mins from the public bus airport (the first one in the morning allows you to be there at 4.50am). I got an upgraded room, with huge bath tub and all comfort.

It's not a small family business so don't expect a personal trait. But the staff is super nice and helpful Unfortunately I couldn't try the breakfast but it was priced more than 20 €. Prices seem crazy to me. Anyway I'd rather save on dinner and transportation than on the place that I stay for the night, especially if I need rest and I have little hours for myself before the flight. I want to make the best out of it

We had a great stay overall, but one thing we didn’t appreciate was the price of a bottle of water at €3. It felt a bit excessive, especially considering all the other thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. This small detail stood out as less guest-friendly in an otherwise excellent experience.

The hotel gave us an upgrade on the room when they learnt that we had cancelled a booking in October 2024 at the last minute (my partner had to attend our local hospital A&E on the morning of the flight) resulting in us not proceeding with the trip, thus losing all our money for accomodation and flights. Andrea on reception was excellent

Access to the hotel was below ground level and our room was near the service entrance resulting in noise from 7am in the morning

The location of this hotel is really good, close to the train station and the bus (line 1) which you can use to get from and to the airport, but also towards Bergamo Alta, so it's very convenient. There are lots of eateries nearby and also a supermarket. The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The hotel offers good breakfast. I liked the alarm in the shower. On the whole, my stay was enjoyable.

I think that fitted carpets definitely need replacing. There were large stains in my room.

It was a really pleasant experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant, and it was pretty late when we got to the hotel, but the front desk agent kindly pointed us in the direction of some nice restaurants that were still open. We had some complimentary cookies waiting for us in the room and a personalized message, which lifted our spirits after a long day on the road. The room was very nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Awesome breakfast. Both my husband and I found what we liked in the available options.

Breakfast was mediocre - cold scrambled eggs, poor variety of food. City tax of 32 eur was an unpleasant surprise at the end - the staff should charge it or at least mention it in advance

I liked everything.The hotel was very good,clean and quiet.The staff was nice and helpful.You can reach the hotel very easily from outside Orio al Serio Airport you take the bus that takes you just in front of the Bergamo Station and then it's just 5 minutes walk up to the hotel.You can explore both Bergamo bassa and Bergamo Alta by bus,cable car(the antique one )All in all I had a nice stay in Bergamo.😊

The position of the hotel is very good, close to the tourist attractions, the room was good and the cleanliness is excellent, the staff was very friendly and gave us useful information about what else we can visit nearby Bergamo and how, such as Lake Como and Iseo...

The breakfast disappointed us a little, we expected more, especially after reading so many reviews that it was exceptional... I can only say that it is an normal, decent breakfast, exactly the same every day, without many options , with a coffee that I would have expected to be better, taking into account that we are in Italy

Modern hotel great breakfast with lots of choice.Good location for the railway station and bus stops.Also close to the lower town centre of Bergamo and nearby restaurants.

The roads nearby were busy with traffic and the air quality nearby wasn’t great.Having said that the Hotel is set back from the road.The edges of the carpets looked a little dusty.

1) Very convenient location, close and easy access by foot to the train station and good neighborhood (Porta Nuova) with good restaurants nearby. Despite a not very glamourous facade and the entrance surprisingly hidden by the garage entrance, the interior of the hotel is actually very nice. 2) The professional, very nice and well customer-oriented staff at the reception. 3) Comfy double bed and nice bathroom (shower), the big balcony is a plus for the perspective of the room. 4) Good and varied breakfast buffet.

1) The configuration of the room is not very practical regarding the "wardrobe" because it is actually a small room between the bedroom and the bathroom, with hangers and drawers, where you can store 2 suitcases but not enough space to open them. 2) The wi-fi was terribly weak (at least in our room on the 7th floor).
