We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the spa area — clean, elegant, and truly relaxing. The surroundings are stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for a real escape. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. We truly felt taken care of and left completely recharged. We will definitely return — and we already miss it! Staff are very attentive and always happy to help, the team work really good together and this adds to the lovely environment in the hotel. The food is excellent and the music entertainment was a great addition. The room and pool facilities were great and very clean. We felt very relaxed and did not leave the hotel from when we arrived as all our needs could be met there.

Beautiful resort with indoor outdoor pool and plenty of loungers for everyone to enjoy bathe sun and the view. Our room was handsomely decorated. The entire staff was exceptional. The breakfast offering were exceptional and with a lovely view. We ate in the restaurant three nights and one lunch; all of the meals were delicious, varied and at a very good price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The route up to the hotel was not clear on Google maps; we ended up on a single track road in the rain. It would be good if the resort sent guests driving instructions as there is an easier route. We were disappointed that our "room with a balcony" was facing the street and just above the front door with only a view of a hillside, apparently we had not booked a room with the valley view. Nonetheless, we had a view whenever we were in the other areas.

Great pool and spa area, did not feel crowded despite the hotel was full. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner with a lot of local products, fantastic choice of wine. Room was cosy, spacious and quiet. Very friendly personell. We really enjoyed our stay, this was the 2nd time in this hotel

Too hard pillows, service at the restaurant gets slow when it's full for dinner, and during the breakfast it was taking a long time for some options to get refilled (fruit, scrambled eggs).

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Miramont! The service was absolutely impeccable—every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Parking was easy to find, even though the hotel also offers private parking for added convenience. The spa was truly amazing and the perfect place to relax. The food exceeded expectations—delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free experience

Lovely family-run spa hotel. Clean and homely feel and friendly staff front of house and restaurant. Think the rooms are well-priced. Well-cleaned rooms. Would have booked a bigger room but the hotel was fully booked. Beautifully presented and good service in the restaurant. Breakfast and Merenda were lovely. Really good massages. Easy to get to with views of the mountains. Would recommend it as a special place for a short break.

Fridge in the room was noisy. Spa can get quite busy as there are a lot of people for the size of the hotel. Although the restaurant was nice, food could have been better, the price was high and the flavours were slightly unbalanced - for instance, the fish main didn't have any vegetables and the mushroom appetizer had little flavour. Breakfast was very busy so it was hard to get a coffee order and no one had changed the tablecloth. Wouldn't stay more than a couple of nights in winter as the spa is small.

Amazing stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the views were truly magical. The location is peaceful and quiet, with no children around, making it super relaxing. The pool and spa were great. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but still good. Highly recommend for a calm and scenic getaway.

All experience was fantastic as usual. We have been @ Miramonti 6 times during the last years. Every single time was impeccable service and fantastic atmosphere. The food is excellent ! Breakfast is something waiting for every morning, all the food and products are of very high quality. Every member of the stuff has in focus the customer and they are making your stay something that you will remember !

Nothing could be better !

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with so much hospitality and the staff really does a lot to get to know you and make your stay great. We had a little hiccup with our booking and the staff did so much to fix it and gave us a great stay and were really helpful giving us ideas on how to spend our week in the Imagna Valley. The food was great, the view was outstanding, the spa facilities were great, and the other guests at the hotel were respectful. Def. a perfect place for a laid-back and comfortable vacation while still having the perfect amount of luxury. We were there for our honeymoon and would recommend especially for couples.

It is (I believe) allowed to smoke on the balconies connected to the rooms, and the smoke carries over into the other rooms. By the spa area the hotel has a special designated smoking area and this could have been applied for the other parts of the hotel.
