We were very happy with stay at this lovely place. So friendly and caring hosts. Bfast served outside was top class. It was perfect location where took us around 20min walk with kids to lake. Area was quiet which we preferred. To us we could not fault single thing. Will miss this place. Would highly recommend 👌

The hosts were lovely, very helpful and sweet ❤️ The house was beautiful and clean, the garden is absolutely gorgeous and the view spectacular. Pool was great, perfect size for 2 people! And the breakfast was delicious, with a lot to choose from. We had a great time there and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing private experience.

very kind family, went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. great house, with Gorgeous magnificent garden and a small very clean pool. located on a hill, beautiful view, supermarket is less than 10 min away, lake is about 20 min walking. safe and beautiful area. we had home made breakfast, which was delicious and plentiful ( and healthy)…

We like the owners so nice couple, they were very friendly and helpfull. House and garden was great, and so awesome view. Breakfast was also very good everything for everyone.

Kim and his wife went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room and garden were beautiful. Breakfast in the garden was amazing.

Spectacular views, right-sized swimming pool for cooling off during the hot weather, comfortable and clean room, gracious and attentive hosts

The accommodation is a steep walk from Valmadrera train station though walking was our choice - in hindsight we should have taken the bus. If you are driving to this B&B you are OK.

The property was immaculately kept, very clean, the hosts were very friendly, kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Beautiful view from the balcony of our room.
