Villa Stefy was simply superb 👌 ! Never felt so much at home at any other place. The hosts Elena and her husband were the sweetest kindest people and their hospitality unmatched! They came to pick and drop us at the Dervio station. Served us the best homemade cakes, marmalades and butter for breakfast! She also ordered pizzas for us and her husband very sweetly gave us beers from his personal stash. Have never experienced something quite like that!!! The room was very charming with a huge bathroom and the view from the dining area was to die for! The garden was very well maintained and we enjoyed most of our meals there. It was heaven on earth and we shall definitely revisit it!

We highly recommend this accommodation in Dervio. The owners are very kind and hospitable people with whom you can have interesting conversations about culture and life. Thank You for the pleasant atmosphere and the delicious Italian breakfast! :) The property is about a 10-minute uphill walk from the bus stop. There is a parking spot, and it’s a great base for trips to other towns around Lake Como. The rooms are clean and tidy, with beautiful views from the balconies and a lovely garden. If we return to Dervio, it will definitely be to this place :)

A lovely house with a great view over the lake. Elena and Mario were very friendly and caring hosts. We were a little unsure if we could use our Visa to pay but they sorted this out for us. We had also had difficulties with catching a train or bus from Bellano to Dervio the day we arrived so we were concerned about how to get back to Bellano for our continued travels. Mario was so very kind and offered to drive us there instead of a taxi. Finally I should say that Elena and Mario served a fabulous breakfast,including some fresh pastries cooked by Elena.

The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains. Dervio is the most beautiful village and ideal for exploring lake Como area. The breakfast was really nice with homemade cakes and local produce on offer, delicious and a great start to the day.

The bedroom was basic and I would have preferred a double or bigger bed but it was comfortable and clean.

Elena and Mario were exceptional hosts. Very patient with me practicing Italian. Mario helped with getting my suitcase up and down the steps and stairs. Even gave me ride in his car so I wouldn’t have to manage suitcase in the rain. Nice view of lake. Early check in allowed. Delicious breakfast with meats, eggs, cheeses and pastries. Landmark building. Would definitely return.

Our room located on the ground floor was a bit damp and there was mould on the ceiling, there was a smell (room and bedding/towels) which wasn’t nice. The bedside table had a lamp but no plug 🤭

A large and spacious room. Helena is charming and her husband is very helpful in providing excellent service in a very homely, warm and kind way. It is easy to contact and communicate with other guests. Very cordial and it was great to stay at the hotel. From the living room there are balconies overlooking the lake. Convenient free parking opposite the hotel

The property is very clean and spacious, very easy to find and it has its own parking space which is very safe if taking your car. Lovely hosts and a variety of breakfast options. Walking distance to the train station, the port and local restaurants

Everything was perfect. Both hosts are welcoming helpful and lovely. Very clean, comfortable and organised. Our room had the most lovely view.

I can not complain of anything. The only thing I may complain slightly might be that the villa is situated on a hill side and walking back from centre (which is only 15mins,) is slightly annoying after dinner!!

The room was of a good size and clean with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was very good with a selection of meat and cheeses and home made jam and as much coffee as you could drink. The owners were very kind and helpful. We consider the property was good value for money considering the location.
