The apartment was really spacious, very clean and fully equipped. There was a nice yard outside. From our little balcony we could see a small part of the lake. The residence was near the bakery, super market, etc, of the village.

Our parking spot was specific but it was outside the residence, on the road. The 2nd day of our stay we come across some ants on the living room floor and bathroom. Double bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the living room sofa was really small for a 4-member family.

Very good location when looking for somewhere affordable with easy access to the busier towns. We enjoyed having a quieter area to stay and Dervio is lovely itself with easy access to shops, trains and restaurants/cafes. The room was very clean, modern and had a lovely layout which was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed including an iron, coffee machine and all utensils. We had access to bikes which we took out and rode around the lake, it was a lovely facility we weren’t expecting to come with the property. Will be recommending the friends and family. Rosy was also very helpful.

Towels had a stale smell but that’s our only complaint!

The location is a good one, close to the train station, close to small shops (where you can eat breakfast and/or just buy fresh foods coked there or different types of bread from 6:30 AM until late in the evening). The size of the apartment was also very good and it was equipped with all what we needed for the 2 night which we spent there. It had a great view to the mountain and a big green court to stay and relax.

The only disadvantage was a bed from the room with the 2 single ones which was more as a "tent bed". It was something like a folding metal bed with mesh base and the internet did not work in the rooms but was ok in the living room.

This place is absolutely fantastic in a quiet town away from the tourist spots. The whole apartment is full of character and gives great views out on to the balcony. Dedicated parking. Open outdoor spaces. Short walk to local shops and not far from the lakeside. The host Aline was great with communications and made it easy to find and very welcoming, Meeting us on arrival to explain everything and sharing local info. 10/10 !!

Nothing to dislike about the place, maybe leave coffee sachets available for guests ? That would make it 11/10 for me.

The host Rosy was very hospitable. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of three. The apartment was closer to super markets and the train station. So, we parked our car in the apartment and walked every where in Dervio. Also took the train to Varenna and a ferry to all the other towns in lake como from there. The utensils were good for us to cook breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom didn't have a shower cubicle. It only had a bath tub and the tub did not have a shower curtain. Which made it hard to shower.

Staff greeted us on arrival and showed us our room. They were easily contactable and very responsive. Great location, easily accessible via train. There were a few stairs to carry our luggage up to the room. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was a great size. Kitchen was well equipped. The view of the mountains from the room was stunning. I would stay here again.

I think there was construction happening n the apartment above us. So we could hear quite a few noises which disrupted our sleep in the morning and naps in the afternoon.

the apartment was very clean, very comfortable, excellent design, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay, we often cooked at home, so it was very convenient that there was a supermarket close to the apartment

there is no elevator and therefore it is a little difficult with large suitcases

Our host was lovely, the location was fantastic, the accommodation was perfect and could easily have allowed for children or an additional two people (there were only two of us). The kitchen and bathroom were fantastic. We got the train to some near by towns / villages which was great. The weather wasn't great when we went but our lovely host had umbrella's to spare and was really helpful!

The apartment felt like a home from home. Rosy was so accommodating and was understanding of a delay in our arrival. The apartment was airy, cool and bright with ample storage and felt so big even with just 1 room. It had recently been refurbished and was very modern with all the appliances you could need (including 3 different coffee makers!!). The town and lakeside are only 5 minutes away, with lots of bars and shops en route. There are 2 private entrances and private parking for the stay. Everything was perfect!
