Incredible location. The view from the apartment and pool was unbeatable. We spent many hours by the pool looking out over beautiful lake Como. A short walk away there is a bar that serves great coffee at really good prices and a small shop which had fresh baked goods and a good selection of provisions, again well priced. We really liked the location at Vercana which is more low key and water sports based than lower down on the lake. That suited us. We would return in a heart beat.

The lack of Aircon meant the apartment could be very hot at night. However we were aware of this before we went and it did not cause us too many issues. The pool is only shared by three apartments but there is nothing stating others cannot use so we did have people come down once to use with all their family. A small sign to make people aware would be worthwhile. Again, not much of an issue.

First off, The view is just as beautiful as the pictures! 😍Breathtaking and so worth it (better IRL)! My girlies and a I stayed there for a weekend. The apartment itself is very cosy, with a spacious bathroom. The rooms were decent sized. The double bedroom had an awesome view of the lake and mountains. Kitchen unit was well equipped they had all the utensils and a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc. We visited in March 2024 so it was cold 🥶 the heated floors were EVERYTHING! We were puzzled because the washer/dryer isn't in the apartment rather just by the check in building (separate to the apartment which is like a minute away) I cannot get over the vieww!! 😆🤩 -starstruck- It is SO beautiful & is the best thing about this place. Just know that the apartment consists of three separate apartments in one building. If you do book it, make sure you request Girasole, as it is the middle apartment with the best view (the one we chose). Parking is plentiful. Check in was smooth, we arrived at 7pm, Thank you for allowing us to check out at anytime on our day of checkout, was super worth it. Idyllic, quiet & peaceful retreat.

Overall it was a really good stay & the good outweighs the bad, highly recommend. - You must drive to the apartment as theres no public transport that goes there, the entrance to the apartment is downhill with a narrow opening (so you gotta be extra careful when driving down and up to exit) my anxiety went through the roof. - to reach the actual apartment from the car park you must go down a slope, which can be slippery on a wet day (to my knowledge) its not wheelchair accessible, especially if you pack loads like us, dragging the luggages up n down is a workout 🏋️‍♀️ - the red leather sofa was a bit scratched up but it was covered with a sofa cover - the apartment could do with a long standing mirror and iron/ironing board.

The view and swimming pool wery good. Good size leisure area.

The heating is off until November.

Incredible view and so nice to have the pool right on your doorstep. Location is great only a 5 minute drive into town for some groceries and a few restaurants.

Just come prepared to bring all the essentials for your stay: toilet paper, soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. Fortunately I had read this in the reviews so it was not an issue for myself but good to know ahead of time as other similar style accommodations sometimes provide these things.

The place is nice, but unfortunately there was no credibility according to the reservation that there is a washing machine and a dryer, and upon arrival they were not there. We contacted the residence management and they stated that they were outside the residence, but it requires paying for the laundry.

upon arrival there reception wasn’t open, called the number on the door, spoke to a lady who said she would call back, we rang again 10 minutes later and was told to find our room by the pool. couldn’t find it and when asked if the lady was coming to show us where the room was she said yes tomorrow I’m coming. eventually we found the room but I wasn’t best pleased with her attitude towards us.

Excellent View, beautiful apartment, private pool, quite area. We loved it. We checked out late and host accepted this, which was nice as we had a child with us. Host was also nice. We would love to come back.

Phone number was not easily reachable as we checked in after check-in hours, but later on everything was smooth.

The pool should be cleaned more than once a week and the cleanliness of the pool could be checked daily. When a large partying group goes over the pool, it remains very dirty. The rooms could also have blankets for sitting outside in the chillier evenings.
