The hosts are really nice. Prior to the arrival provided information on how to get to the apartment, the entrance code, a parking location, etc. Still, they met us on the arrival and helped to get it in. There are a couple of apartments in the buildings and ours was without the balcony. The apartment is nice and cozy. There is a bedroom with a double bed and foldable coach in a living room combined with a kitchen. Max capacity is 4 people. The beds are very comfortable. Every room has air-conditioning which makes it very comfortable in the hot summer. The apartment.is situated just next to the lake and is surrounded by bars and restaurants with outside terraces. There is a shop within 3-5 minutes walking distance, so is a parking lot and a beach.

The fridge has a nice design but it's pretty small and without a freezer.

The location is beautiful, near many great restaurants and cafes. Nestled along a beautiful lake and mountain panorama. Very comfortable, well-equipped and warm. Loved that it was on the ground floor. The bed in the bedroom was super comfortable (like American beds). Sometimes beds in Italy are very hard - this was perfect. My niece said sleeper sofa was comfortable, too. Great rain shower with great water pressure and warm water. Lots of room to put your belongings. Very clean. Loved it and will return.

It was perfect for what we needed (a well-priced place with a separate sleeping area for my niece halfway between Milan and St. Moritz). The pillows were hard but there were extra (super soft) pillows in the hallway. I had seen them but my husband hadn’t so I changed out my pillow in the middle of the night but he didn’t and mentioned today that his pillow was really hard. Everything else was perfect. Maybe they should mention it in the first email. Checkout time is too early but 10am is normal in Italy. We weren’t ready at 10am but they didn’t pressure us at all (grazie).

Great location (on the main square). Parking 200m from the apartment. All necessary facilities in place. Good communication with the host. Definitely recommend

Water in the fridge on arrival would be good (local wine even better :)

Very fast internet, big apartment, great location, Netflix, quiet, great shower water pressure, hot water 24/7. Tap water drinkable. White lines parking is free. Blue lines you have to pay for parking. We found a dead end behind the Banko, just next to the rail tracks, which was free, and parked there. About 200m from apartment or less. Nice bakery, Buongustaio only 300m from apartment, if that. A small supermarket, La Gran Bottega, and our favourite restaurant il Faro, great places, must visit.

No view (our choice), pillows too thick, my neck was a bit stiff the next morning, lack of free parking at the premises, a bit on the cold side during the evenings (beginning of April), landlord didn't answer a question about warming up the place.

The location of the apartment was AMAZING!! Right in front of Como Lake with bars and restaurants as you walk out the door. Next to the train station and the ferry. Although we didn't see the owners our communication was perfect and we got in the apartment really easy with a code number🙂 very smooth check in.

We got the basement apartment and we had no balcony or view of the lake from the apartment. Also the door is right next to the alley which was a little awkward but we faced no problems. The view is magnificent anyway as soon as you exit and although the bars are close the was no noise

The property is well appointed and looks out to the Colico port and has a great view of Lake Como. There are plenty of good restaurants around although priced for tourists. I recommend the small market store nearby has cheap food. Also the hosts were quite responsive to questions and requests.

The restaurants nearby plays loud music till midnight. Not ideal if you are a light or early sleeper.

Our one-night stay at Apartment Marine by Lake Como was an absolute delight! The ease of access made our short family trip effortless. As a family of four, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience the apartment provided. The location was truly unbeatable, situated right on the main square with charming bars and restaurants just steps away. This allowed us to make the most of our short stay, enjoying local cuisine and soaking in the lively atmosphere. However, the real showstopper was the stunning view of Lake Como that greeted us from the apartment. The breathtaking scenery was something out of a postcard, and we found ourselves captivated by the beauty around us. Though our visit was short, the combination of comfort, convenience, and those mesmerizing lake views made our stay at Apartment Marine truly memorable. We departed with a longing to return and savor more of the enchanting Lake Como experience.

Location of property was great. Fantastic views of lake and mountains. Lovely apartment spotless and well stocked with everything that you would require whilst being away. Made good use of the free bikes. Would definitely recommend Marina Apartments and looking forward to staying again in near future.

Great apartment with great views of the marina. Stayed one night as a family on our way to the mountains. Easy check-in system, comprehensive instructions from the owner, free parking nearby. Great little town, close to supermarket, cafes, apartments are right on the waterfront. It was great to sit on the balcony and admire the lake with a glass of Prosecco. My best recommendation.
