One of the standout aspects of our stay was the incredible staff, who were not only professional and attentive but genuinely kind and eager to ensure our comfort. From check-in to check-out, we felt cared for in a way that was both personal and seamless. Lorena, the division manager, went above and beyond—personally attending to our every need with such grace and sincerity. She checked in on us daily, made thoughtful recommendations, and truly made us feel like VIP guests. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality were highlights of our entire trip.

Service was impeccable! Every staff person at the hotel was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and truly cared about our experience. They upgraded our room so that we could be near to our sons. We made reservations for a boat ride and changed plans about 10 times and they were so patient with us. Again, because they wanted to make sure we had a good time. The food was amazing, the breakfast was the best spread we’ve ever had. The spa was just insane. So nice and upscale, but it was not pretentious. Overall it was the best hotel we’ve experienced and we are definitely going back.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! The building and the gardens are beautiful, and it's just in front of the lake, which just adds magic to the overall experience. The staff, from the reception, to the restaurant and spa area, they're all amazing. When we arrived, we were offered the opportunity to check the room before settling in and we were offered the upgrade from a junior suite to a bigger suite with a balcony, since we were really hoping to have one. The room (actually, rooms, since we visited the other one as well) was amazing! Very spacious, very modern, clean, and high tech. You can control the blinds and lights from LCD panels, the bathroom is awesome and the bed was so, so comfortable (we slept extremely well!)! The pool was amazing, and the indoor spa also worth a visit (we had a great time there, especially one day, when it rained for hours and we felt like staying at the hotel). And, once again, everything feels new, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was also very, very good, with different options from the basic buffets you usually find at other hotels; I especially appreciated the fruit, very fresh and well chosen. We were extremely pleased with our stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at the Como Lake region. You can hire a boat from the hotel, but there's also the public port nearby if you want to go to Bellagio or Varenna, for example. There are also some restaurants nearby (but not a lot, some are just cafés or bistros with light snacks, but not appropriate for dinner), but you always have the hotel's restaurant if you prefer (we asked for room-service once, and the food was very good). A 5-stars hotel that definitely looks and feels like it. Very well impressed and we would certainly come back! 👌

Typical Italian trend design. Design goes before functionality. You need a 3 hours course to find out turn on of lights . Wine by the glass selection is bad . The " beach " area is lots of concrete, not cozy , not free for hotel guests. Pricing levels gold , platinum...weird . Design failure

The breakfast was amazing, rooms were equally as good. The whole hotel was great!

We felt like the staff was on us all the time, it was a little overbearing. The shower’s didn’t drain properly. The are just a couple of things we experienced, but in know way do I want the hotel to think that are stay was average. Far from it, the hotel and staff was amazing.

A lovely place for such a lovely location. Everything was spectacular, especially the view, accommodations and staff. We look forward to returning to Lake Como and staying at this hotel again.

We should have stayed longer

The customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived till we departed. The staff are so accommodating, they upgraded us to the next room which was very lovely of them. Throughout the stay the staff have been the best. The food and the facilities are amazing..

What can I say - this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Every detail was attended to. Just fabulous.

Lighting and window shade controls in the room were highly automated, which is very efficient, but it was a little hard to figure out. By the time we mastered it, it was time to go. This is a very minor point - The hotel was amazing!

Facilities were top notch. I recommend this place for anybody who wants personal and overwhelming service.

It was early spring and rainy so the environment by the lake was not at its best. Have to go again by some other time of year.
