The room was fabulous. It was very large with comfortable beds and a well-stocked outdoor kitchen. The proprietress is extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, including home-made cakes. I cannot comment on the pool, as we did not use it, but it appeared to be clean and well-maintained. The property offers excellent value for money given its location (the area around Lake Como appears to be very expensive).

As others have mentioned, the property is quite close to a main road, which may not be to some people's liking. However, we knew this in advance and it did not present a problem for us (e.g., in terms of sleep).

The hostess was very kind and welcoming. Our room had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful, and the pool offers a stunning view of the mountains. There’s also plenty of space to park a car. Breakfasts were delicious. Everyone we met here was very friendly and helpful in every situation. The people are incredibly kind, which made us feel right at home. We are very grateful for all the help we received :)

There are no words to describe the view around the B&B, exceptionally beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff and facilities are very child friendly. There is a playground, football goal, trampoline and swimming pool.

The room can get quite hot in summer time since there is no air conditioning. However, using the foreseen air blower does help a lot.

The owner is extremely friendly and our stay was very enjoyable. We used the swimming pool during the afternoon of our arrival and it was extremely refreshing

Roxana is an excellent host very kind and helpful, fantastic location beautiful house, great facilities also highly recommended for families with children. 10/10

The hosts are genuinely very nice people and made us feel very welcomed into their B and B, with a friendly morning conversation and a selective choices of food and beverages for breakfast. The room was a large size and extremely private, as I had concerns it may not feel too private as it’s a large house converted into a B and B. Overall, extremely pleased with the choice to stay here and I would go again.

Roxanna is a perfect host, she looks out to your every needs, her breakfast is marvelous - especially her homemade cakes - and it feels like you are almost part of the family. The pool provides you with a cool down on hot days.

The host is very friendly, prepares exceptionel breakfast. The apartment has a big garden with playground, swimming pool which is very good with children. They can play all around the garden.
