We have stayed here before on several occasion when passing through the area. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast is very good. It is possible to get a simple meal in the bar/restaurant. There is also good parking for the car.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the computer, so that we had to pay in cash when we checked out. That was OK as we had the cash, but not everyone would have been happy.

Nice people, very helpful at checkin and the bar / restaurant was great service with drinks and food The WiFi on the 3rd floor is a little unreliable, and the “AC” was really only air chillers, but still a nice place to stay

Good location for lake Como or the alps

Excellent service, very welcoming and personal, excellent room (cleanliness, comfort, space, bathroom, fully renovated, air conditioning, cupboards, spaces, teas, water boiler), very fine Italian homemade breakfast like never seen before, nice coffee and cappuccino, very nice and beautiful rooms and spaces. great view outside the hotel.

I had the window open but – after the very quiet evening - I wasn't aware that the traffic in the morning is really heavy and noisy and regular, so I didn't sleep well in the morning... until in the end I got up and closed the window. The internet was very slow and stopped very regularly.

The room was very clean, with very large & comfy bed. Bathroom was spacious. The room appeared ad freshly refurbished. Fridge and complimentary water were appreciated. Breakfast was great, with fresh local bakery

Presence at the reception is somehow hectic: most of ghettos times it was manned by the people who sldo run the nearby bar…not clear if they are independent establishments. Anyhow, we thought we booked a room with balcony but got one without and it wasn’t clear who to enquire about it

- Excellent location just above the northern end of Lake Como. Close to both shores of the lake and to Switzerland by car or train from Tirano; - Clean; - Attentive service trying to meet even non-standard customer requests; - Tasty products for breakfast

- Rooms on the street with open windows horribly loud, stuffy with closed windows, air-conditioning too loud to be able to work e.g. at night; - Some elements of the rooms need better maintenance (jamming shower, dripping sink); - Not very functional half-open shower (when bathing half the bathroom in water); - No hot products for breakfast; - The property does not respond to emails prior to arrival; - Possible problem with parking (public parking on weekdays in the day max. 4h).

Room was spacious and clean, good AC and window shades. There were no carpets which was good. A nice little balcony as well. Breakfast was very good even though there were no hot foods like sausage, scrambled eggs etc. but good bread, cheese, yogurt, granola, fresh fruits and sweet pastries. There were something different every morning which was nice! We had a car and there were maybe 4-5 free parking spots for hotel customers but also a bigger parking lot next to the hotel (4 hours parking from 8-20). We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel was perfect for our needs :)

There was a weird shower head or maybe it was just broken. The hotel is located next to a main road so you couldn’t keep the window open because of the noise. There is not much to do near the hotel but with a car it’s a good location to explore Como area!

The hotel is modern inside, the breakfast is really good, with local ham, cheese and yogurt, a part from the usual pastry and fresh coffee. The staff is gentle and attentive. The hotel is situated in a great location, nearby the Como Lake and Nature Reserve of Pian di Spagna where you may have a nice relaxing walk and even meet deers, cows and horses. The room had everything you need, all bed linen and towels are clean and new.

One thing we found a little disappointing is that shower didn't have the full coverage of glass door leaf, it was covering only a half of the space so after taking shower the water splashed on the floor.

Great hotel, modern room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice view of surrounding mountains.

Wierdly designed shower. Once you turn on the shower the whole bathroom becomes wet.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a very central, yet family friendly and safe location. Great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very professional and welcoming, they answered all of our needs. The hotel offers a free good gym pass which is located right be the hotel (same building). The room had AC which was a big advantage. The breakfast was adequate.
