The location is very central. Everything in walking distance. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. The room was as pictured. The property runs a bit like an air bnb but staff are there every day with room serviced and fresh towels and toiletries. The bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. What more could you ask for???

The property is on a busy road so bring ear plugs. It is very quiet during the night but traffic noise starts around 7am so ear plugs are a must if you want to sleep later. This is a small trade off for the location and staff

Location was excellent and it had a lift, which was so appreciated as we had been travelling a while and had quite a bit of luggage.

Stayed at the Villa Carlotta room- suggest that the toilet seat and coffeemaker be repaired / replaced prior to letting out room. Host/ associate could also have been more helpful in terms of providing information and help with guests’ transfer to airport/train stations in view of language differences but also familiarity with the transport system. We have been travellers for a long time and this is the first time we had difficulty with transfers. Most of the hosts we have had volunteered to help us book our transfers, or if not volunteered, readily helped when requested.

It was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station and 2 minute walk to the ferry port. There were huge lines for ticket purchase for the ferry. We had booked online and just had to line up. I recommend doing this. The property is also central to lots of bars and restaurants. The room was small and located next to reception. We heard the phones ring a few times but not over night. It was reasonably priced for Como. The lovely lady who checked us in was very kind.

Not a huge problem but finding the entrance was tricky. Look for a side glass door with buttons as it is not just a hotel.

This was a perfect central location with lots of space to spread out. The staff were so friendly and the rooftop balcony overlooking the lake was better than anything we could ask for. We ended each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony enjoying the lake air.

I was surprised by the entrance to the hotel and had a little trouble finding the entrance in the dark. Our room did not have much airflow, so after a few days of travel & heat, it became quite musty. Coming from the USA, the shower drain was not as fast as expected, so I had to adjust to quick showers.

No where to put toiletries in the shower apart from the narrow, low, and very dirty and paint peeling off shelf- unacceptable The deck was very tricky to walk on, it was unsafe in places as it had rotted, it certainly needed to be repaired. The deck view would have been much better, if the greenery was trimmed- it totally obscured the view when sitting down. The kitchen was lacking in breakfast bowls, only 1 or 2 available. In our room there was no blind/ curtain on the window/doors Although the doors were double glazed, the doors fitted poorly and this it was very, very noisy. The small deck was so small and over grown we could not use it. For what we paid, it was very disappointing and these features let it down- not what we saw in the photos on the website when booking.

The rooms are well decorated and designed with good aircon, tea/coffee and tv. The room also had a balcony overlooking Lake Como and had use of a communal roof terrace with hot tub. The tub was cooled for summer which was refreshing. Our host was welcoming and friendly. The property is very well located at the waterfront of Como and an easy 8-10 min walk from ComoSG train station.

The entrance hall and lift are quite dated. But it’s a communal building entrance and this isn’t in the control of Bello! suites. Once inside, the accommodation is perfect.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. Although the rooms are somewhat small and compact, Alberto's genuine kindness shines through as he attends to all our needs. There's a wonderful porch with a fantastic Jacuzzi and an impressive view. While the kitchen is shared among visitors, it is well-equipped.

If you're not part of a romantic couple, there's no option for a private shower as it's completely transparent. Additionally, there's a late check-in time. The building entrance falls within a ZTL zone, preventing cars from stopping directly in front of the lobby. Parking nearby requires an approximately 8-minute walk.

The location was fantastic! It was great to be so close to everything. The water, the food, the market, the square, the train station , bus stop, etc. Great view of the lake and mountains from the community deck. Was a great stay.

It was great overall. We would of used the hot tub if it was available and I bumped my head in with a low ceiling in one area, though would stay here again without question. Was very great in all aspects. No complaints.

Our room was spacious and decorated very nicely. The staff was very helpful and responsive to any request. The linens and bedding was all very clean. I’m a clean freak so the only thing I would improve is a more thorough cleaning if the floor. Loved the little kitchen and patio with view for every guest on the top floor

It was very difficult to find so maybe a little better explanation that it not a “street front” hotel but rather a building converted into hotel rooms.

The location of this hotel is wonderful Just infront lake como with planty of restaurants in the piazza di Volta and right at your door. The hotel has a very nice balcony with a large table and even a jacuzzy. We didnt get the larger rooms that the hotel posesses. We slept at the upper floor room. The advantage was the kitchen that was just next to us.

The place has great potential. It is clear that planty of thought was given to constracting this hotel. But it has a problem of maintaing the fecilities. It is not as clean as you expact. The jacuzzy was untreated and unclean. The kitchen , almoust fully equiped but not clean. It felt uncomfortable because of that reason. The room that we personaly had had planty of amnaties that were not working. Lights near the bed. One of the electric windows. I usually leave very possitive reviews but i think this place should be better mantained as it has great great potential and facilities.
