The accommodation is in the best location, right next to the lake and the old town, just steps away from all the restaurants and cafés. Despite being so central, it’s peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The hosts are very friendly, they welcomed us warmly, explained everything about the area and how to use the facilities in the property, and were always available for any information we needed. The place is charming and matches the lakeside style shown in the photos. The mattresses are comfortable. There are also common areas, including a kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful terrace with a lake view, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee instead of going to a café, with the lake right in front of you. This part of the property never felt crowded, as there are only a few rooms in the hotel and a small number of guests, so you often get the space all to yourself.

The apartment Hotel is very good situated in the very end of lake Como in the middle of the city center. We had rented two rooms. One room had a balcony with a nice view over the lake, however the room was a bit small. The other room was on the other hand large, but it had only small windows in the sealing. The apartment Hotel has a nice common roof terrace with a small jacuzzi. We had our own made breakfast up there. The staff was was very friendly and helpfull.

The apartment Hotel is in a no-parking area, however we were informed that we were allowed to stay shortly to drop off our luggage. The traffic around the hotel is however very chaotic with one way streets. There are however a public parking house only 5 minuts walk from the hotel and if we had know that from the start, it would have been much more simple to carry the luggage from there.

The location of the room is very convenient to everything and within walking distance of the train station. Valentina was very helpful and stayed in contact via What's App. We stayed in the junior suite which is the blue room. The view of the lake from the room is minimal, but the rooftop is available which overlooks the lake. The room was very comfortable, spacious and cool on such a hot day in Como.

The rooftop was being renovated on our arrival, so it was very difficult to enjoy that area on our stay. The "office" to the rooms is a desk outside the junior suite, and whilst not busy, you could hear all conversations which made us think they could hear us inside the room as well. This did not affect us too much though as we were out most of the time.

The location is very central. Everything in walking distance. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. The room was as pictured. The property runs a bit like an air bnb but staff are there every day with room serviced and fresh towels and toiletries. The bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. What more could you ask for???

The property is on a busy road so bring ear plugs. It is very quiet during the night but traffic noise starts around 7am so ear plugs are a must if you want to sleep later. This is a small trade off for the location and staff

I absolutely loved this property. Stunning uninterrupted views of the lake, the room was gorgeous and spacious and I didn't want to leave! Cute shared kitchen with rooftop patio with deck chairs, outdoor dining and a hot tub with flowing jasmine and views of the lake. Wonderful piazza just around the corner and the best ice cream shop downstairs. Monica the hostess was so helpful and friendly and my whole stay was delightful. I will definitely be back!

I loved it all, there was nothing I did not enjoy there.

The location, room and amenities were fantastic. The room was clean and the bed big and comfortable.

The owner texted us on WhatsApp for a prepayment by link and said that they wouldn’t provide the check in information without it. Payment was due to arrival by booking so we had to call booking to ensure that it is not a scam. They shared that they were sick but we couldn’t trust just by WhatsApp texts from unknown number. Everything was resolved but still it was quite unprofessional the day before our trip.

Location was excellent and it had a lift, which was so appreciated as we had been travelling a while and had quite a bit of luggage.

Stayed at the Villa Carlotta room- suggest that the toilet seat and coffeemaker be repaired / replaced prior to letting out room. Host/ associate could also have been more helpful in terms of providing information and help with guests’ transfer to airport/train stations in view of language differences but also familiarity with the transport system. We have been travellers for a long time and this is the first time we had difficulty with transfers. Most of the hosts we have had volunteered to help us book our transfers, or if not volunteered, readily helped when requested.

It was an easy 10 minute walk from the train station and 2 minute walk to the ferry port. There were huge lines for ticket purchase for the ferry. We had booked online and just had to line up. I recommend doing this. The property is also central to lots of bars and restaurants. The room was small and located next to reception. We heard the phones ring a few times but not over night. It was reasonably priced for Como. The lovely lady who checked us in was very kind.

Not a huge problem but finding the entrance was tricky. Look for a side glass door with buttons as it is not just a hotel.

This was a perfect central location with lots of space to spread out. The staff were so friendly and the rooftop balcony overlooking the lake was better than anything we could ask for. We ended each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony enjoying the lake air.

I was surprised by the entrance to the hotel and had a little trouble finding the entrance in the dark. Our room did not have much airflow, so after a few days of travel & heat, it became quite musty. Coming from the USA, the shower drain was not as fast as expected, so I had to adjust to quick showers.

The rooms are well decorated and designed with good aircon, tea/coffee and tv. The room also had a balcony overlooking Lake Como and had use of a communal roof terrace with hot tub. The tub was cooled for summer which was refreshing. Our host was welcoming and friendly. The property is very well located at the waterfront of Como and an easy 8-10 min walk from ComoSG train station.

The entrance hall and lift are quite dated. But it’s a communal building entrance and this isn’t in the control of Bello! suites. Once inside, the accommodation is perfect.
