Autonomous check-in/check-out, great for early/late travel. Has elevator. Amazing location, close to train/bus stations, shops, restaurants, the lake. It works really well as a base for exploring the area. Very good guest support from the staff via WhatsApp 24/7 or during working hours at the reception. Kitchen with basic appliances: microwave, induction stovetop, kettle, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven. Separate bins for separating trash. Room with lots of lighting options, electric blinds, ample dresser storage, safe. Spacious bathroom, great shower pressure, bidet, heated clothes rack.

The central location means noisy motorcycles (not the property's fault of course). Small maintenance needed here and there (e.g. wobbly shower holder), but nothing major.

Loved the stay, Exceeded expectations and was perfect value for money. Room was extremely clean and very large and comes with a kitchen which includes a hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and cutlery/plates. Would recommend the stay especially for solo and couples.

On the last night the cleaners cleaned the room regardless of the Do Not Disturb sign. They also threw out half of my opened food which was in the fridge and i'm sure they helped themselves to one of my chocolate bars as there was one missing plus a "chocolate trail" around the room. Also had a small issue with the grill setting on the oven tripping the fuse box which was an easy fix but there isnt always someone on the reception so had to wait till the usual reception times.

Im sorry but i just hope your cleaning staff could be a little more hygiene conscious. After cleaning our room the body smell stays :( even in the elevator. But over all they were so nice and accommodating.

Very convenient check in system and friendly staff. Everything you need is in the apartment, comfy bed, warm. We've got apartment on the first floor, but it had total darkness blinds, which was very convenient. Great location, city centre is right around the corner, and next to apartments you can find small supermarket. Also Gelateria is next doors :)

Towels were too small. We recieved hand 2 towels and 2 other even smaller towels. Yet it was an experiece that it is enough to wipe down after the shower 😉

We had a very pleasant stay here! Nice room with great facilities, super huge size (stayed in the ground floor room and we got our own patio). The room facilities and amenities were all great. Nice location. Supermarket is only a short walk. Near the main station. Located right at the main street -- easy to get Uber, but surprisingly no unnecessary noise at night. Delicious gelato bar at the entrance.

Couldn't drop our luggage prior to check in time. The staff weren't online until 11 am, so we had to wait until the check in time to drop our luggage (we dragged our big suitcases since 9 am in the morning). Would be nice if there were staff available for contact prior to check in. Also, the water heater were acting up during our second night. We couldn't get shower bcos the water was freezing cold.

Beautiful apartment. I liked it so much that I would live there. It is located very close to the center. There are paid parking spaces nearby. There is a large store 2 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is in a new building. Everything is thought out and very comfortable. I would only recommend that they put a hanger for outerwear on the wall. There is enough space, but there is nowhere to hang jackets. They had upgraded us and put us in a studio with a beautiful terrace overlooking the park and the mountains. It was wonderful. Too bad the weather was bad and cold and we didn't have the chance to enjoy the beautiful terrace.

I didn't like the overly complicated locking system on the apartment door. They installed very modern, complicated locking doors and I was terrified. It was a good thing my husband was opening and closing the door, because otherwise I don't know how I would have ever managed to open my apartment door. I don't think such a complicated door is necessary.

Great location 5 minute walk alongside lake to centre of Como. Apartment was spacious, clean, warm and quiet, with all amenities required start off your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee and sugar sachets etc. Bed was comfortable and slept well. No parking included, but public payable parking nearby so no problem. Communication with La Perla was quick and informative. Boat trip on lake, visit to Christmas market, cathedral and wine tasting, all in all a lovely quick weekend trip to Como and La Perla delivered as a great base out of the hustle and bustle of Como town but close enough to enjoy.

I liked everything about the property; the location is 5 minutes walking from the Como train station, close to Como Parks, few minutes away from the lake, everything is close the hotel. Ms. Carolina was kind to enable our check in before arrival. The room is clean, all machines are available ( iron, washing machine, coffee machine, boiler, fridge...) The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I love everything about La Perla hotel

It was the first time I visited a hotel without any human contact, everything was automized. But it worked really well, so nothing to complain on that side. The room was really spatious and had everything you need. And the area is fantastic. You have a parking garage right behind the hotel and you´re directly at lake como, so this is definitely a plus.

Our room was on the ground level, which I didn´t know before. The windows were therefore up high and the appartement was a bit dark, which was for us ok, since we only slept in the appartement. The windows also had a decent view protection, which was nice. One thing I didn´t like too much was the bathroom design - it seemed a bit old fashioned. Also the toilet seat needed repair and overall the room could have a bit cleaner.

The room was the perfect size, with all the facilities you need, and a big terrace. The staff was super friendly, the access was effortless. It's positioned close to the city center, and there is a supermarket just around the corner.

The building is positioned pretty ok, but the park across the street is under construction (but nobody actually works there) and the view is not spectacular. Also, everything gets dusty in a couple of days. The terrace is big, but not very comfortable. There is only a table with some chairs, and the floor tiles are not fixed on the floor. I would have loved some plants or something to make the space cozier, especially because you can see the mountain from your terrace, and it's a nice space to spend the evenings. The price was kind of high.
