Super close to the train station. The room and the common area are exceptionally clean. They will provide cleaning service everyday if you put up the sign on your door. I didn't need my room cleaned everyday but it's still a good option to have. They provided delicious snacks and juice everyday. One thing worth mentioning is that their bath towel is super large, better than the standard sized bath towel. Will stay here again if I come back to Monza.

It would have been better to receive the check-in codes 1 or 2 days before arrival (like other self check-in places do), even getting it couple hours before arrival would have been nice. I attempted to contact the host several times days before my arrival (via Booking, email, text and phone call) but the host insisted to provide the codes upon my arrival. Standing by the gate and waiting for the host to provide the codes was bit stressful for me.

The place is SUPER well managed. You get a password so you can enter. The place is super clean and tidy. You have a kitchen and small couch in a common area if you want to cook or relax. The bedroom is super cosy, clean and comfortable! You have AC, comfy bed, private,big and new WC, quickly heated water, good wifi, small breakfast everyday in a cute tin box. The BNB is right next to the station and 5 minute walk to the center. If you don't want to stay in Milan or pretend a good place to explore the area of Milan, Como, Bergamo, this is a perfect place! The place is super well managed! Deserves 5 star review!!!

Very clean and close to the train station

It was very noisy in the early morning and it seems that they didn't control very well the people check-ins and check-outs. They forgot I requested an early check-in (30 min earlier) that they have agreed to and also they knock at my door requesting me to check out one day after my arrival, when I book the room for 3 nights.

Superb room. Pristine, equipped, comfy. I did enjoy staying there and will come back if possible. Walkable distance to the Monza Old Town with many restaurants and commercial roads. ATM and local supermarket (for example U2) as well in walking distance. If you have allergy for example for dust - don't worry, the place was spotless. Fast internet. If italian TV is out of your interest you can cast from your android device any youtube video or media to the TV or do netflix and chill :)

Such a friendly welcome! They helped us carry our luggage up the one flight of stairs, as well as let us check in early (10.30 am, after I had messaged to ask). And they even brought us coffee. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was modern and had plenty of room. The shower was good and hot. There are cute little tins with snacks and mugs for drinks. They have a communal kitchen with a fridge and some basic facilities. They didn't have an iron in the room, though possibly they could give one if we'd asked. It is in a great location. Less than 2 minutes walk to the station, and about 5 minutes or so into town. Really good value for money.

The only thing was that the walls are very thin, and the floors are hard, so noise travels. We were in room 1 next to reception and we could clearly hear all conversations there, and people coming and going. Having said that, everyone was very considerate and it wasn't noisy at all during the night. I am a very light sleeper but I didn't need to use my ear plugs.

It was a really nice room with modern furniture, everything was very clean. The location is perfect if you are in transit because it is next to the train station. Getting there and the check-in was easy. And the bed was really comfy! And they even surprised us with a small pre-prepared breakfast.

The room is perfect for just sleeping but really small for anything else, we couldn't even sit down together since there is only a tiny desk with one chair. The bathroom is too small for a bigger person with a tiny shower which is difficult to adjust. The shower gel was the same as the soap and it was poor quality, wasn't foaming at all. Also, there were a lot of noise coming from the street and the apartment as well.

Close to the Monza train station, the room was modern and super comfortable bed as was the bedding.

A little hard to find as it is on the corner and only a small plaque on the building to identify it, but once we found it was alright. the entrance/exit doors to the check in area are very narrow, 2 small doors, when we were leaving, couldn’t work out how to open the second door, to get our luggage out and there was no one there to help us our show us, so that was rather challenging!

Everything!! My room was fantastic: cozy, white, comfortable! Nicely renovated apartment next to the railway station. There's common kitchen with a fridge ( yellow 💛)where you can make coffee, warm up your food. Everything was clean.

Check out at 10am. 11am would be great! And perhaps a note to all the clients to try to keep silence in the sleeping hours: I was awakened at 7am by french guys who were discussing something. One was in the kitchen another was shouting from the room.

Exceptional location and lovely little gesture box in room that was topped up daily.

Would have liked internal safety chain on inside of door for extra security.
