The chair in the room was not suitable for work or even for seat. Very unconfortable There was just one body soap in the room The minibar was just water, i had to order the extras from reception There wasn't written the wifi password and no indication on which button to press to call reception No room service I don't know why but the power outlet was just one near the bed and was already connected to the lamp, and it wasn't shuko, so i couldn't connect my laptop or my phone without unplugging the lamp. The other big lamp was sconnected from the power so i had to plug it. In the reception there wasn't a place where to sit very confortably and maybe do some work on your laptop.

The room was all that it needed to be for a single person travelling. The bed was oversized for a single, and there was an extra pillow in the cupboard. The bathroom was good, shower was large enough for my liking.

Wasn't clear if there was parking on site or not. Still easy enough to park in the angle parking on the street. Lifts were a little small and slow (but not that this can be changed). The road passing can be quite busy, but had no issue with noise as all rooms seem to face to the sides of the building.

Staff speaks English, hotel is modern and clean.

It is far away from train station and public transport is really poor here. Additionally, you have to purchase tickets for buses somewhere in the shopping mall. So you will probably need to use Uber, which was fine but more expensive.

Large room, good bathroom. Serviced everyday. Excellent English speaking staff. Good choice at breakfast.

AC was a bit overwhelmed by the heat. Unfortunately had a party on next door first night, so don't think the sound proofing was very good, thankfully they had gone next morning and it wasn't tested again, only saw/ heard other guests at breakfast

Awesome hotel in Monza - very clean and comfy. Reasonably priced. The staff was very welcoming and the room was stacked with everything you need. Extra points for having great TV channels (Sky Italia).

It's not exactly a critique, but the hotel is far away from the city center, and Monza doesn't have very good public transportation. This pretty much forces you to use Uber if you want to go somewhere in the evening.

Took a single room, was large enough and well laid out. Comfortable, and I appreciated having an extra pillow to use if wanted (which I did).

A little chaotic for parking in the street, but it is Monza / Milan, so did not expect more.

Free parking in front of the building, breakfast was good value for 10€ per person, friendly staff, Mr. Zagloul was very helpful with what we needed to know around the place (speaking Arabic), bidet was an extra plus for the place, AC is available which was important for this time of the year (mid September)

The shower stream was too weak and the shower head was very annoying to deal with

The staff is absolutely lovely. Ali (one of the managers) was great from the start. Breakfast is very good.

Our room was cold and the heating didn't work because they said the Hotel was already in Summer mode. The location is good if you have a car. Not many options nearby.

The hotel was perfect to stay for a night, the atmosphere was very friendly and it looked stylish. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.

The air conditioner in our room was not strong enough to cool the room.

The staff support, welcome, convenience, etc. very good. Basically my stay was very good and I'm happy. Even the food and restaurant is very good.

It's better, if you can add (I do not know whether it's possible or not now) a two-way switch to the light switches, much better. Basically, the arrangement of the switches is not so good.
