Although it's not exactly a hotel in the traditional sense, the room was a good size with a large sitting room as well as a double bedroom. The bathroom was a slightly awkward design, shoehorned into an old building but was fine. Exterior doors (with shutters) open onto a communal walkway. Staff were friendly and helpful even if organization felt a little chaotic.

The setup is slightly bizarre; there are sixteen rooms arranged above a HUGE restaurant which must seat several hundred at full capacity. There is no reception as such but kitchen staff were always around to help. The room was missing loo-roll and I couldn't find any code for the wifi but again there always seemed to be someone around from the kitchens to help. They are happy to keep your luggage but given the "reception desk" isn't always supervised this might not be wise for valuables. The view over the back of the kitchen was neither the prettiest or most fragrant.

Very cute room in a well placed area. Beautiful surrounding and easy walk distance to some of the historical sites. Would highly recommend and the staff is very helpful too.

It was just a little confusing to find the entrance to the hotel as its the same as the restaurant. As we arrived when the dinner service was starting it was a bit chaotic to find the room and drag our suitcases through a slowing restaurant that was slowly filling up.

Good and spacious room, comfortable bed and good breakfast (almost everything was home made). Excellent location right next to the historical city centre and friendly staff. As I arrived early to Monza , they allowed me to do early check in (and also late check out).

The only possible improvement would be to create an area for hotel guests only to access the facilities as one has to go through the tables of the restaurant. However, it didn’t cause much troubles.

The Breakfast Quality was superb compare to all others in Milan. The room was spacious and big, only entrance door lack of safety, is a glass door. Bed is very comfy

The main entrance to the hotel is very unclear, you pass in between several tables of the restaurant at ground floor. There is no clear Reception place, and clear corridor to access the hotel part.

This was a very last minute booking , so was not sure what to expect. From the moment we arrived the staff were all amazing . The room was perfect , very clean and comfortable . It has a perfect location for exploring Monza or a short walk to the railway station to travel to Milan. The breakfast was superb. We had dinner one night at the restaurant , it was brilliant , the children loved the ice-cream, and the muscles were delicious. I could not recommend this hotel more , a real hidden gem and extremely good value for money. Will definitely be staying again.

Location is ideal for exploring Monza. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Restaurant is packed with locals enjoying Saturday night out - a good sign for sure. But we were overwhelmed with the incredible hospitality we experienced from the staff.

Suggestions on drop off and parking spots would have helped.

I think the main point here is that the Nine Hotel is more of a restaurant than it is an hotel. Don't get me wrong, my room was large , clean, decent bathroom, tea/coffee, kettle, TV, fridge, big comfy bed ...... nicely decorated. But the place is really a restaurant.... and a large, popular good one at that. Breakfast was the best buffet I have seen, fruit cakes, hams, cheeses... with the offer of freshly made omelettes. Excellent ! I ate in the restaurant both nights I was there. Great atmosphere about the place..... very big but nicely divided into areas that meant that you didn't feel like you were eating in a warehouse. Very busy.... very well run. In the centre of Monza, very close to bars, shops etc Overall, I'd say the hotel was good VFM. Only a 10 minute walk from the station.

There is no obvious ' hotel entrance.' I spent five minutes walking around the outside , until I decided to go into the busy restaurant and was checked in at the restaurant cash desk. The member of staff who took me to the room, was silent, until he took a phone call, showed me my room and walked off back to restaurant duties. Not very user friendly. Neither is the lack of information regarding local attractions, breakfast times. It would have been interesting trying to find a staff member , if you had an issue in the early hours. Like I say..... a very good restaurant...... with good rooms.

Spacious room. Very good location in the middle of the city, at walking distance from the railway station. Staff was nice and helpful. The design is nice and cosy.

The shower water evacuation was cloged. A lot of garbages close to the stairs and elevator going to the rooms.

It was an amazing hotel with all the facilities and more . Specially the stuff was very kind and welcoming. They made sure to keep us safe. The guy at the reception and the man at the breakfast counter didn’t just give us a wonderful stay but also made us feel connected.

we were amazed by the very generous size of the room, as a matter of fact, there are two rooms (for the price of one ;-) the restaurant has an incredible treat; delicious ice cream served with strawberries served in very funny way
