Staff Manuel was very friendly n kind to attend to our anxious due to our luggage lost, during our breakfast the staff was very courteous n friendly. Finally the male staff (didn't get the name) able to send email to the airport n gave our next destination hotel add to deliver our lost luggage. Thks for his kind help. The porter staff tall guy was good who offered us to carry our luggage to the train station. Salute 🫡 to him.

Our stay at Starhotels Echo was pleasant throughout and the hotel met all our needs and more. The staff is incredibly kind and ready to help with whichever questions or needs we presented to them. The room was clean and just like in the pictures, the hotel breakfast was tasty and fresh. We enjoyed the fresh cappuccinos in particular that were brought to our table each morning directly. The hotel is close to both the metro and the train station, as well as the airport shuttle bus stop. The shops inside the Milano Centrale allowed for quick shopping if needed. We had no security issues and the staff made sure to fulfill all the needs of our group. In short, the stay in Starhotels Echo could only add to our overall experience in Milan.

Nothing, the stay was a positive experience overall

Definitely felt like a premium hotel. The staff were friendly and facilities had a great atmosphere. Our room was clean and the AC worked well. The room also had the comfiest bed I have ever slept in which was a huge plus. Another positive thing was breakfast: good variety of different options and the food was tasty. You could also order special coffee and waffles/pancakes to the table free of charge. The location was also good, easy to get around with public transport. Overall a great experience.

The shower doors did not close properly which made water splash all over the bathroom while showering. This wasn't a big deal but not convenient either. Our room's TV was also quite ancient, but this was also fine.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. Its location with regards to undesirables in the area is unavoidable. However, when you enter the hotel, it's a world class experience and befitting every bit of its 4 star rating. The facilities, dining, and service are exceptional. This is coupled with the amazing, attentive, and friendly staff. I cannot fault any one of the staff, from Porter to Manager. Every interaction is pleasant and helpful. Special mention to the restaurant and bar staff who are so accommodating and friendly. Its location near the Milano Centrale station is ideal and great for travellers passing through.

I loved how close it was to the Milan Central Train station and to the Metro, everything within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, rooms were well maintained, and everything was in good working order such as TV, fridge, hot water kettle, etc. We had no issues. Service was great from the front desk. The staff were always helpful, kind, and courteous. I appreciate the hotel's efforts in sorting out trash with recyclables, organic matter, and things to be thrown in landfill. They are eco-conscious, and that's a huge plus for me .

The dim lighting within certain areas makes it difficult to see such as the elevator and hallways. But I do have vision issues due to cataracts in both eyes, it wasn't a negative for me just a minor challenge. Thankfully phones are equipped with flashlights so I was fine.

The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a short walk from Milan Central Station, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast was adequate, and we especially appreciated the staff member, Mai Mai, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

During our stay, the hotel team politely brought to our attention some damage to the floor of our room—something we hadn’t noticed until then. We were surprised to hear that a EUR 500 charge might apply, especially as this was our first experience with the brand, which we’ve always regarded highly. Although the situation was unexpected, we truly appreciated how respectfully it was handled. In the end, the hotel confirmed that we were not responsible for the damage. We also happened to have a video taken upon arrival that showed the damage was already present.

First time i/we stayed in Starhotel i did not expect how nice the hotel is. Rooms are well fitted. We booked two rooms (family connecting room). I was more surprise to find a feminine wash in toiletries (they usually not a common toiletry item based on my previous hotels experience in any 5 star standard). The location is brilliant next to Milano Central which is handy to get into different location via train/metro. Breakfast was good. You can order eggs and pancakes (not available on the buffet table but can be ordered)

We stayed in room 409 & 410. One of it's bathroom the sliding door lock is broken.

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, but very close to the Central Station, which can be very handy if you’re planning a few day trips from Milan. There’s also the metro in Central Station, so it’s easy to reach all the areas in the city. The hotel is new, well designed, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower was good but a bit small, following the Italian standard I suppose. Staff was super friendly at the front desk and we were able to check in ahead of time because the room was already ready.

Breakfast was nice, but we arrived in the first half hour and part of the food was not there yet - eggs were not ready, not all the breads were available, etc. It was a bit disorganized.

Such a convenient location, literally across the street from the main train station in Milan, made travelling with our luggage extremely easy. Near a million scooters and bikes which made exploring very easy and the complimentary breakfast is brought straight to your room so you can eat in bed! Room is standard, cozy and clean. Very nice bathroom, and all the lighting and air conditioning, etc, are eco friendly and turn off when you leave – we love a eco-friendly hotel that actually cares!!!

Hotel doesn't have a pool, only downside lol!

Our family room (two interconnected rooms - LOVED that!) was clean and cozy. Great for a family with two kids. Breakfast was great, something for everyone. Loved the fresh fruit. Location was great as expected - next to the train station - direct connection to the airport. And in the proximity of two metro lines. It was easy to get around.

Not much really. The bathrooms were nice and clean, however one had a problem with the shower/bathtub - when turned on, water was coming out from both ends (like shower, like bathtub tap). But no big deal - we just used the other room's bathroom. Another thing we noticed during breakfast was a shortage of staff which caused some tensions.
