The staff were very nice, helpful and accomodating, the common areas were fun to hang out in, I met warm and friendly people, I wish I could have stayed more. There is a cool vibe in this hostel. You can cook food in the kitchen if you want to, there is free food, I loved the kitchen's design. I also liked that the hostel was close to Milan Central station, it wasn't difficult for me to find it after arriving in the bus from the airport. It was also easy for me to visit Como and comeback since the train station is close. Metro station is adjacent to the train station, to visit Duomo take the yellow line to San Donato.

Very centrally located, 2 minutes' walk from the airport buses and Milano Central Railway Station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and open 24 hours a day. Dormitories were comfortable, bunk beds equipped with reading lights, electric sockets and plenty of luggage storage space. There was an evening bar, a chill rooftop lounge with hammocks, and comfortable chairs plus a kitchen for self-catering. The breakfast downstairs was great. All in all, it was a fine place to start and end a trip in Italy as it is so we'll equipped and centrally located.

All good. Remember this us a city center hostel, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. That said, I thought it was surprisingly quiet and pleasant.

I loved the sense of community between staff, travellers and locals. It is such a nice mix of global travellers and locals who just hang out or work there because it is a great place to be. It is really well run and people are warm, kind and welcoming, early or late. It felt very safe too. In terms of travelling it is a great based for the city of Milan with links from the airport dropping you 200m away at the central station. The central station will get you to loads of the main destinations in Italy and Central Europe. Many nights they provide free food (pasta, bread salad) which is tasty and substantial. There is also a kitchen on the top floor where you can cook food, but they provide pasta fruits, vegetables and other essential, free of charge!! The bar is fun and the paid food from the kitchen is good and affordable. On Sunday nights there is a family dinner where you can join in with preparation or just sit down and enjoy. Thanks Anthony! Absolutely every night has some sort of entertainment, whether it is karaoke (be prepared) or live local artists. Again, the central station is nearby and there is a surprisingly good food market, similar to Timeout. It is literally around the corner and open early to late.

I have nothing bad to say, I got far more than I expected, asked for or paid for.

We went to the bar at the entrance and asked for coffee for a welcome drink. The blonde staff at the bar said the coffee machine was broken. He forced us to give another drink. When we try to learn other options he behaved rude.

The room I stayed in was nice, in terms of size it was enough for 5 people we were staying in. as for the accommodation in general it was very nice with lots of spaces where you could relax. the breakfast was very nice and relatively rich, the staff was pleasant and smiling. it was also only a few meters from milan's main station where one can take a metro, train or bus to get to either the city center, the airport or another city. in general it was a very nice experience and i plan to visit again when i go to milan again Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

there was no shampoo in the bathroom

The hostel is right at the Milan Central Railway station, therefor the public transport is really convenient and the earliest airport buses are in convenient walk-distance. The staff is really helpful and nice, the check-in was easy. The rooms was large enough for the four of us. The rooms are having lockers and AC. The room and bathroom was clean. Beds are having charger spots and a little basket for small things.

The lockers are big but pretty noisy, can be disturbing for roommates. The bathroom is a bit old (but was clean so it was OK). Doors can be opened with an app through Bluetooth - I find this solution problematic every time I see it. Maybe because I lived before smartphones, but I do not want to pay attention whether may phone is charged or not during the day... Keys or plastic cards would been better.

It is a hostel, but we got a single room for just our immediate family group of five adults, and it was nice to be together and not have to share the room or its bathroom with anyone outside of our 5-person family group. The free welcome drink was nice, and the whole place is nice and certainly worth the money we paid for our two-night stay.

There was some sort of fight between two men on the street right outside of the hostel entrance on our second/last night staying here, so that wasn’t great, and it made us think that maybe the area around us isn’t the greatest or safest neighborhood, but that same night a few of us went out alone to places near this hostel and had no problems. The hostel itself has excellent security, and they can’t be responsible for what happens outside their front door, so with everything considered there really is nothing negative about this hostel.

Location was great, the kitchen was great, nice goodies in the kitchen, the events were fantastic.

Very little signs of mold on the ceiling. On rare occasions staff were dismissive and not very welcoming.

Brilliant hostel! Every little detail has been thought of, there’s some free food in the kitchen to be able to make meals for free i.e. pasta and tomato sauce, some vegetables, some fruit also for breakfast on the go. Free dinner every night at 8pm! Comfy rooms and beds, clean, great location so close to the station. Friendliest staff, lots going on if you want to get involved but also doesn’t feel ‘forced’ like some other party type hostels!!

The only thing I wouldn’t have liked is if I had been in the very top bunk in my room, which I wasn’t! But it was three beds high and v high up. I requested a lower bunk, so if this is something that would matter to you - be aware !

Staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, location is UNBEATABLE, right next to the Central train station, with easy access to the metro. Very social hostel, with activities every day/night, but also really chill if you don't feel like joining (eg: they had a party with a dj set one of the days of my stay, the ground level was really noisy and crowded, but once I went up to my room I couldn't hear a thing!). Daily pasta buffet and free welcome drink were also a great surprise, made me want to come back again and again! Peak hospitality!!
