Location was good,close to the railway station Room was basic but clean Toilet seat was broken, we reported it and it was fixed by the time we returned

There has been an issue with fraudulent emails claiming to be from the hotel being sent, requesting confirmation and also for card details to be entered, we did this because the links all went back to booking.com, this resulted in us having to cancel bank cards. We reported it to the hotel and booking.com, nothing has changed yet and I am still getting dodgy emails so be careful when responding to any emails

I recently stayed at the AV Hotel Milano during a business trip, and it was a great choice for a short stay. The hotel is located right next to Milan’s central train station, which made it incredibly convenient for travel. The room was ideal for a single night, offering everything I needed without unnecessary frills. As someone who doesn’t require much space, I appreciated the big bed, a handy place to hang my clothes, and a clean bathroom with a shower. The stylish boutique design was a nice touch, especially considering the affordable rate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and while the room service options were limited, it wasn’t a big deal since the price reflected this. The location was excellent, with a short walk to some nice restaurants for dinner. One small downside was the lack of visible stairs—I had to rely on the lift, and being a bit impatient, waiting for it was a minor inconvenience. However, the hotel offered card access at all hours, which added to the overall convenience. In summary, the AV Hotel Milano is a clean, stylish, and well-priced option for business travelers or anyone passing through Milan. I’d happily stay here again for a quick, no-fuss trip.

The room was very nicely decorated and clean. Plus it was a good size. The location was perfect as it was opposite Milan Centrale station which has direct links to all the main areas. We arrived after midnight (1am) and after contacting them through booking.com, they made it easy to check in remotely when we arrived.

The hotel is quite hard to find as it is on the first floor of a building. You need to buzz in to gain access to the building. We also found the rooms were quite hot. The air-conditioning didn't go any lower than 22 so we had to open the windows which meant we got a lot of noise from the traffic / streets outside.

Location directly across from the train station. Amazing location and felt very safe. There’s is a manned desk until 11pm. Everything was brand new the bed and linens were perfect and place was spotless and very quiet. Rooms decorated to a very high standard. Stayed in room 103 looking directly on to station. Shower cubicle was a bit small but high standard fittings etc with a fast hairdryer. Air Con was quiet and blasting if need be. We will be back and happy to spread the word on this wonderful accommodation.

Small hotel only 10 rooms so it's quite.. Private path room big and clean.. Perfect Location directly in front of Central Station..

- convenient location just across the central train station - extremely friendly and helpful hotel emplyees, we had a very late check in (around 3 AM) and they did everything to help us reach the hotel easily and checked us in remotely, so we really appreciated that! - the room itself was super clean, both bedroom and bathroom and it was cleaned on the daily basis and the towels were daily changed - suuuper comfortable and soft bed, had a really amazing and cozy sleep - delicious sandwitch bakery just behind the corner (and many other cafes, too)

- the room was waay smaller than it seemed on the photos, but that's ok - the drain in the shower was broken and the water drained way too slowly :( - tv is hanging way too high up below the ceiling, so when you are laying in the bed, the image is getting too faded and deformed - weak noise isolation, were woken up early in the morning because of the neighbours' noises in the hall

Across the road from the station where we travelled to Lake Como, into the City to visit the Doumo and stiroll around the Galleria - all very close and easy for find . Beautiful city - we certainly would recommend. Staff wonderful and always pleasant and happy to assist in any way they could. Looked after baggage for the day before moving on at no charge!

There was nothing we did not like. Another booking.com property that is a 10 like so many others we have tried.

Location is only about 10mins walk from Milano Centrale in a smaller street. Walking distance to Carrefour express. Opposite the street is a Metro entrance. Room is clean and spacious. Cafes nearby for breakfast. Free WiFi connection, which is more stable than my phone connection.

Reception is not 24 hours, so if you planned to check out early, you better inform the staff a day before and ask them for instructions. I left my card at the reception counter but luckily met the staff downstairs. Lift is a bit smelly. Doesn't provide facial tissue.

The room was sparesly decorated, but nice looking. There was a very comfortable king bed, a desk and chair, two very small bedside tables. The room was very clean, a decent size, with a nice private bathroom. Despite facing a busy street, it was surprisingly quite, so had good insulation. It was extremely close to the Milan Central station, with all of the metro lines that leave from there, so really easy to get around Milan. There was a breakfast place across the street. The front desk was friendly and efficient. We found it a very comfortable place to stay.

I was quite positively surprsed with the quality. The young lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, she told me where to get food in the neighbourhood, the bed was super comfy and the room large, its also right outside the train station so all in all its a great place with very decent prices.

The down side of the proximity to the main road is the noise of the street, I am quite sensitive to car noise so that had affected my sleep
