A quiet area very close to Centrale and Metro Line M2 and M3 and for my Malpensa airport shuttle bus and train trips outside Milan. Hotel staff are the BEST! Took me only 2 minutes to be checked in by Karim. My kababayan - Romeo, was very courteous and helpful with all my requests and was there to give suggestions. Another kababayan Kennedy was also helpful. All their staff, including Sergio, were very welcoming, so I felt very safe and at home. Hotel room was spacious enough to fit my 3 luggages, had mini ref and black out curtains which allowed me to sleep well. Liked that the room had a second door, which insulated against sound from the corridor. This is my second time to stay in this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Walls were quite thin, could occassionally hear voices from other room (so just pray you get quiet neighbors). Upon booking, I requested for a quiet room and it was given to me.

Our second stay at this hotel was just as impressive as the first. The location remains unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The vibrant neighborhood, filled with dining options, is perfect for both business and leisure trips. This time, we were once again pleased with the efficient luggage storage service. The staff handled our bags promptly and securely, allowing us to enjoy our first day in Milan without any hassle. The cleanliness of the hotel continues to be outstanding, with spotless rooms and diligent housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout our stay. The rooms are a little small, but they are perfectly adequate for sleeping. Additionally, the Italian breakfast was a delightful highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that provided a perfect start to our mornings. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

Missing slippers

Very nice hotel managed by very nice and professional people! Very polite, kind and attentive team. I had a feeling like we were at minimum 4 stars hotel!! We had a lovely room. New bathroom with two sinks! and bathroom was quite spacious! Location is perfect. We arrived in Milan by car and we parked at the garage (box costs 30 euro per night but hotel is by the rail station so better to keep your car safe). Renzo was very very kind. Thank you to all the team!

I didn’t like only one thing- towels were old and they had even holes. I think it’s better to throw them away.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, esp Carmelo, Sergio and another tall guy (I just couldn’t remember the name) at the front desk. Other staff like Romeo and the ladies in housekeeping were very polite and quick to respond to my requests. Comfortable bed and pillow, I slept well. I requested a kettle before arrival and I got it. They kept my luggage after check out since my flight was in the evening.

I was not able to figure out how to access the tv channels (I could have asked for help but did not bother). Rooms not soundproofed, could hear people from other room. If you are a light sleeper like me, you might have difficulty falling asleep. Just a note: elevator could only fit 1 person with 2 pcs luggage although it was always available and I never had to wait. All in all, I had a great stay because everyone was friendly and warm like we are old friends. Will definitely stay again!

The location is great, near metro stations and plenty of restaurants nearby. Neighbourhood felt safe.

Very good hotel close to the train station. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. There were good connections to everywhere in Milan, and we went to many places by foot. Metro station right next to the hotel. We got a baby crib to our room for free.

The hotel room was smallish, but we did not mind because we had a short stay, and we were mostly out getting to know the city. If you look to spend a lot of time in the hotel I would maybe look for a hotel with bigger rooms.

Nice hotel very close to Centrale train station. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Good breakfast included. Very clean tidy room, nice classic decor. Efficient and friendly staff at reception.

We found bed to be very hard. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. No mini bar other than water. No facecloths but did notice this seems to be normal in all the italian accomodation we stayed in - what do people wash their faces with?!

I like the toilet flush that is like a tap that increases in pressure to wash the toilet bowl if necessary and does not finish after a flush until you turn off the tap. Great idea. I like the bidet in the room. It was clean and the hotel staff were fine. I liked the second door to block noise from the lift and staircase.

Room: simple but clean with all the products you need Breakfast: not "luxus" but fesh, variate and tasty Location: The first time I booked a room at Hotel Flora was because of its location. The Centrale is located just a few steps away and even the Metro has an entrance on the corner. Buses run to Malpensa and Linate almost at all times of the day or night.

If I need to find a negative point it'll just be the three steps to get the reception. In breakfast maybe greater choices for sugar, milk and gluten intolerance will be fine. I have some relatives with those problems then I pay attention to this question.
