I would like to personally thank and praise a member of front desk staff Mr Akshay who has been extremely polite and helpful, he went out of the way to help not only us but the other guests around as well. If it was in my hand I would definitely nominate him for an award/promotion for being so polite and helpful, the hotel management should be aware that due to this individual, your guests will be so pleased and i m sure they will chose your hotel again and recommend it for other people to stay. All other members of the staff were very polite and helpful.

Suggestions. 1.The size of the bed ( couple a couple and 8 years old was not enough, please either give a small bed for the kids or a better sofa bed. 2.Though the breakfast was good, I think it will be nice to have some more choices in the breakfast, especially fresh fruit, 3. milk in the room for tea and coffee

Staff at the check in was very helpful and friendly. We had booked a small room which had everything we needed. Hotel is right across Milano Central train station and a parking garage is nearby for 25€ day/night. Would recommend staying at this hotel, we even extended one more night :)

Late at night there are lots of homeless / addicts roaming the streets of Milan. This is not something of the hotel but more of the neighborhood / city that is quite common so be aware and stay safe!

Nice, clean room with very comfortable beds. Very well equipped, spacious bathroom. Breakfast with a good selection in the somewhat hectic, narrow breakfast room. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the main train station and two subway lines, you can reach the city center in just a few minutes. There are also some nice restaurants and bars nearby.

Unfortunately there is usually a traffic jam at the reception due to (presumably) understaffing, but the staff are still friendly. The hotel bar is barely recognizable, more like a tiny extension of the reception and closes at 11pm, although there is a comfortable lounge area.

Personal was great with us. We arrived before the check in time and asked if we can leave our luggage there and they immediately re-organized some rooms that we could check in in advance and even have the rooms on the same floor (even if it was not possible at the first sight) . Close to the main train station (just a few minutes walk), rooms and bathrooms are clean, modern, big enough for a couple, and with all you need (had different in the same area and till now it was really the best). Breakfast was a surprise (not typical Italian but a continental), with lots of options for different tastes at a good quality. Loved it!!!

Even if I try hard, and compare with other hotels in the area that I have stayed in, is really hard to find something negative.

I like the huge variety of the breakfast. You could find salty and sweet things, even 3 types of milk. The room was for a single traveller big enough. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing. The location is perfect you can find easily everything in the surrounding and there is a very good connection to means of transportation.

I did not like the fact that the scrambled eggs were served cold even though there is a heater - it was cold and remained cold. The curtains in the room were not closing completely so the other side of the street could see inside the room.

Excellently located for access to transport to each of the airports and for the metro. Staff very welcoming. Room a good size and well equipped. Breakfast had good range of choices and very good coffee. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We’d recommend the little bar just by the hotel (turn left as you exit the hotel) for a glass of wine after a days sightseeing and before heading out for dinner.

The hotel was good, very comfortable and clean rooms enough space for facilities and you can go to the metro station just by walk. Duomo is 3 stops by underground.

There was no any “welcome present” like coffee or tea. The breakfast would be better for 4 Star Hotel, a broader range of options would elevate the experience further, providing guests with even more variety to start their day. And one more thing when we ordered the room it was written that everything like taxes included but at check out they charged us for extra city tax for 20 Euros.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING!!! Lucia and her entire staff were awesome! Breakfast was lovely wuth so many nice choices and the young lady that "works" in the restaurant area couodn't have been more delightful! Walk to the train station! And a fantastic restaurant right across the street too! Highly recommend but....make sure you stay in the main building and pay a little more (not an economy room in Dependance which is in a different building and the rooms are not updated) Just my suggestion and opinion of course!!

There was nothing to dislike!

An excellent choice for us to stay one night between arriving at Milan and going to Turin by train. Milan Central Station is conveniently close and we found the room to be very clean, bright and comfortable. If you look at some of the neighboring choices, a few have dark colored curtains and bathrooms with black tiles so this ambience was much more preferable.

Location is great. 5 min by walk from Milano Centrale. Breakfast exceeded our expectations for a European city hotel. Free coffee at the lobby. Mini cactus was very sweet as a present :)

Room is small for 3 person. 3rd bed was not confortable (it was a single person armchair) For breakfast area, although staff works so hard, they cannot be able to manage the process. (empty tables without service, material refurbishment has to be improved.)
