Location amazing & we got an amazing view of the station and the square. Lovely big room with a nice big bathroom. Perfect for the three of us. Nice and modern.

Room was too hot. Aircon doesn’t do anything really. Seems like it’s centrally managed. Never gets to the temperature you choose. Breakfast ridiculously expensive so didn’t bother with it. Other hotels nearby, such as Hotel Bristol, are not as modern but some are cheaper and include breakfast. Would have been nice to have a kettle / tea & coffee making facilities for a hotel of this price and quality.

Perfect location next to Milano Centrale train station. Our room overlooked the station square which lit up at night. A majestic view ! The ( young) staff were extremely helpful and professional

The hotel matched our expectations with regard to comfort and exceeded them with the view from our room - so there was nothing we didn't like

Location good for trains and metro, shuttle stop from Bergamo airport nearby. Some nice restaurants around hotel

tea/coffee facilities would have been nice in the room especially if not having the breakfast option only offering continental breakfast

Location is awesome, just outside of Milan central. Breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant staff too. Lisa was one of them, whom I would like to thank for her exceptional service & customer oriented behaviuor. Toilette was good too with bidet which is missing in most european countries.

The shower room is deceptive and is with glass door, which is not ideal for families with children. I was told it is for that particular room configuration only, but still that was something i didnt like, please make sure of this. The lifts were another pain, we had just 1 night stay, but struggled with the lift as it was not coming to 9th floor at all. Once we had to use the stairs too, and I had to complain about the lift to the reception. Reception didnt explain us that there were 2 lifts (at 2 invisible ends of the corridor with no signs) while we were checking in.

I stayed here for the fourth time because of its location. It’s few meters from the main railway, bus, metro and taxi station. The bus for Malpensa and Linate airports leaves from here. Staff is very kind. Long ago they served very good breakfast and evening meal what was the biggest attraction but not anymore.

Some staff ( I think they were beginning on practice) was very forgetful. There was no kettle or some other amenities but they bring if you ask. I asked for the kettle but they brought it with coffee and tea bags but without a cup. Then I asked for a cup and tissue and the staff said he would make a note not to forget but tissue never arrived.

Great location, room was very clean. Good breakfast. Silent and cozy.

Staff was very rude and could not care less about our situation. First day I asked for help because I lost by bag coming from Malpensa inside the bus and nobody would help me. I asked help to call the bus company to help me tracking it because I don’t speak Italian and heard that it was up to me to solve it. Definitely did not expect them to solve it, but help! I managed to get it back with the company, using half Spanish, half Italian and a bit of English as well. Anyway, awful first impression.

I'll give this hotel a 5 star solely for the reason of it being a minute walk from the Centrale Milano station. This is your main station for travel within the city by metro or even for intercity travel. The towels were changed daily so that's a plus point

The hotel was good but service was bad. They had no vanity kit or toothbrush/toothpaste kept in the rooms. There was no kettle and, I had to go all the way down to the reception and get it myself. They wouldn't even replenish the coffee/tea daily and wouldn't replace the coffee cups used. The room was pretty small but manageable. I was really disappointed with the service but I don't think the hotel staff even care to serve your basic needs

Location! Location and Location. The hotel is great, except this time (my 4th visit) i was not upgraded to the junior suite as in past and that was a let down for me. I was expecting a similar upgrade like all my previous visits but maybe next time. Also i felt the Airconditioning in the room was not upto my satisfaction, was rather warm! Except that, everything was great.

Upgrade to junior suite was not done and the air conditioning was not effective. Also the room was not cleaned properly on 2 days out of 4 days we stayed. Rest all was Great. Staff at Reception was co-operative and helpful.

Didn't like that i was there for business and i was struggling for a steamer.I finally got one.I would have had to go to a business meeting with creased clothing if I didn't finally get one. I can not understand how you could be so foolish to give out steamers with out keeping a record of who has got them so you can get them back from guests who decide to hold on to them. I found your staff only semi helpful.For instance two young guys bought our luggage up and left it out side the door for me to bring it in myself..They should have offered to take the luggage into the room which is normal practice.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel across the main street in front of Milan Centrale Train Station. Staff were courteous and welcoming. The rate I paid for one night as a solo traveler was better than most of comparable standard in the area. Plus, I received a room upgrade with a terrific view of the main train station.

Even though the hotel is across the street from the main entrance of the station, there is no obvious signage pointing one in the right direction as one exits the station (slightly to the left). There is a small pizza place at the corner; the hotel’s entrance is down a short block at the next street.
