Super helpful staff on the front desk, helped with an early check in, room selection and baggage storage. Restaurant staff were also very attentive and helpful. The room was super clean and essentially very similar to the Hyatt Centric, where I had just come from. The shower in the bathroom was a bit tight and there were hard finishes rather than carpet, but that makes it cleaner. Breakfast was very good with a choice of everything. The coffee was good too.

I was surprised that none of the reviews mentioned noise from the subway metro which must run under the building. From 06.00 to midnight there was the frequent rumble of trains passing underneath. Even in our room on the 4th floor, the noise travelled up through the structure. However, mostly fixed with ear-plugs. The rooftop bar was a bit flat and one member of staff was less than helpful but the others made up for it.

Now I understand why the hotel is called IQ. Because in Milan, it’s an intelligent choice to stay at this hotel. It’s not more or less than what we need. The staff is endlessly kind (special thanks to Veronika at the reception). The hotel is very stylish, but free from excess. It is tasteful and modern. It is in a perfect location, right across from the central train station. The real surprise was the breakfast, which was incredibly diverse and plentiful. Special thanks for the freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices. The bar, gym, and SPA area are also excellent. Small, but very pleasant after a tiring day of sightseeing. I can only recommend the hotel.

The shower cabin wasn’t sealed properly, so the bathroom gets soaked during a shower. The breakfast package prepared for the early departure was poor.

The hotel staff was exceptional. Virginia, Elena and the whole reception desk staff were absolutely on top of things to make sure we had a smooth stay. They were always attentive and helpful when needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and impressive, everything was delicious, a definite MUST! The staff in the restaurant were unbelievably helpful throughout and they almost read our minds at all times when we needed a refill, or even cleaning our plates, I have not one bad thing to say about this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel in Milano, near the Central Station, was an experience beyond expectations. Travelling with my mother, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable visit. The hotel's proximity to the Central Station is incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to explore the city. Immaculate cleanliness and a welcoming ambience awaited us upon entering our room. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, and the complimentary mini-bar was a delightful surprise, adding an extra touch of comfort to our stay. The Internet was great, as well. The breakfast offered a feast, featuring a diverse array of options. From delectable pastries to fresh fruits and a Nutella fountain. The restaurant and bar further elevated our stay, with complimentary Prosecco at the bar. The hotel boasts an impressive range of facilities, including a gym and a spa. What truly stood out was the provision of a shower for guests to use on the day of check-out, irrespective of when they returned to collect their luggage from the free and secure storage. This thoughtful touch added immense convenience to our travel plans. The staff at this establishment were the true gems of our experience. Warm, courteous, and ever-helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff, their friendliness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at this hotel in Milan was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of a central location, luxurious amenities, great breakfast, and outstanding service makes it the only choice for future visits.

Everything was exceptional. No bad things to say. I truly plan to stay only here for the foreseeable future, when I come to Milano. The hotel has absolutely everything that I need, both for personal and professional visits.

We can only reiterate the excellent things folks have already set about iQ Hotel Milano! - Excellent location. On a nice day you can walk into town if you'd like but you're just steps away from the Milano Centrale station with two metro lines and regional rail connections throughout the rest of Italy - perfect for day trips to neighboring cities. - Excellent breakfast selection including pastries, yogurt, egg options, vegetable dishes, meats, cheese and bread, numerous sliced fresh fruit, coffee, juice - really something for any taste. - The spa is lovely and can be reserved any time for 45 minute time slots. As a group of two you may have another 2 people sign up to join you, but this never happened to us as I think most groups prefer to have the space to themselves. - Free water, arranciata, juice, and small snacks in the mini bar refreshed every day. - Friendly staff, patient with our English and novice Italian. - Spacious room compared to what feels standard around europe. Large shower, counter space by the sink to place toiletries, lots of shelving for clothes to be put away. -Excellent water pressure in the shower which even has an adjustable height shower head so if you're taller or shorter than average, it does not matter! Really excellent value for the price and we would certainly stay here again.

I can't think of anything important that we did not like. Some *very* minor inconveniences that you can expect at any European hotel - the double bed is two small beds pushed together and ours happened to be a bit mismatched in height on this stay. A small annoyance and certainly not the fault of anyone at the hotel. The gym is really tiny but functional and got the job done.

Very clean hotel and safe. The staff was very courteous and very willing to help us enjoy our stay. Unfortunately we were so busy exploring the city that we didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities. We did eat at the restaurant where there was a nice view of the train station. My daughter had a club sandwich and fries. The fries were excellent. I had the risotto which I enjoyed. But hands down, the breakfast is what blew me away. Of all the years traveling and staying in hotels it was by far the best. The location was ideal for us since it was a short walk to and from the train station and metro entrance. I am not normally a person who writes reviews but I thought this hotel was worth my time.

Breakfast is excellent according to the usual European standard. There are lots of choices of bread and croissants; some hot food items such as bacon, red bean sauages; and milk, soy milk, and cereal and different kind of yogurts also. They even provide juicer for us to make fresh apple and celery juice. Coffee and cappuccino are very good too. The location is great. It is extremely close to the Milan central station making it very accessible. It is 4-train-stops from dumo taking the yellow line. We were able to take train to Florence from there with our 28 itches baggages.

Nothing dislike. But this is a small hotel and the lift like many other boutique hotel is small.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay! From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The customer service was top notch — every employee we interacted with was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was spotless; everything from the lobby to the rooms was impeccably clean. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar — a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. It had a relaxed atmosphere with great views and a good selection of drinks. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained place to stay. Five stars all the way

We booked this hotel for the location, close to the train station, I was excited about the spa with a sauna, and the photos presented a modern, cool looking hotel. In the end, I never got to the spa so can't comment on that. But the location was spot on for us, and the photos were a fair representation of what we found as well - the room was clean and tidy, the service/staff were very good in general. Free mini-bar with juice, water and some biscuits, the normal tea and coffee making facilities, all of which was replenished each day. We were also offered free drinks in the bar upstairs, which we also didn't check out on this occasion.

Check-in was at 2pm but as we were arriving on the first flight of the day, I asked if we could check in between 10 and 11am. They told us that if the room was available, they would be able to sort that out. Finally, I think the room was ready around 12.30pm, so we'd had to hang around waiting for a bit that was a bit annoying. The communication around this was fine, but I think more could have been done could have get us checked in earlier. The only other small negative was the noise from the trams - they rumble around the city and this disturbed my girlfriend's sleep a little, but was no problem for me as a heavier sleeper.

The iQ hotel Milano is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff were very friendly and most of all incredibly helpful. In addition the room was very spacious and comfortable. Also the breakfast was incredible with so many choices that changed from day to day. Also having complimentary snacks and drinks was a really nice added touch!

The only thing that was negative from my experience is that it was hard to identify the hotel when first getting there. i realized afterwards that the top of the building sported the logo, but it’s hard to see from street level. Some better signage from the front that isn’t simply on the glass would be great for visibility - even a foldout sign in front of the door would help!
