Close to the Milano centrale station and station metro tram stop. Good breakfast Friendly staff Securitised elevator access to floors Prompt attendance to requests eg we requested a kettle and it came within minutes. Breakfast spread is good and the staff are friendly Bathroom facilities clean It served as a good base for us to catch early TRENORD connections from centrale to various destinations in como and lombardy Lot of culinary choices in surrounding area.

The entrance search was a bit tricky since there is some civil work going on I suppose. Pls call up and seek directions as Google maps can mislead. It’s very close to the station than you imagine. The lobby lighting could be better. Coffee pods were replaced only once during our four days stay. No marking in minibar about prices or whether it was gratis?

The hotel is really close to the main station. The room I stayed in (Classic Junior Suite) was very large with a big shower with a rain shower head. The room also came with a mini bar and there was a very good varied breakfast.

Whilst close to the station, the hotel was difficult to get to. To get to the hotel you need to go through gates sectioning off an area to a number of properties. I didn’t know I could go through these gates so I did a full lap of the block before I accepted that I needed to go through one of these gates (there were several gates around the block). I would recommend the hotel put signage on these gates to help guests find their way.

The room was very spacious for 3 people. It was close to Milano Centrale train station, but a little tricky to find, even with UNA Hotel's excellent link. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, but the cofffee was just adequate, which for Italy is a negative.

The staff was not as friendly as the other places we stayed in Italy, maybe because it's just a bigger city and more jaded personnel. It was nice having a bar in the hotel, but the drinks were very skimpy and expensive. We had better luck in every other hotel we stayed in.

We've stayed in this hotel for more than 10 times and we absolutely love it. It's so close to the central station, you just walk 5-7 minutes. The staff is friendly and always helped us with all the extra requests. I've once forgot my headphones in the room, we just called and they kept it for us until we got back one month later. Also, they've booked private taxi when needed. Rooms are large and there's everything you need, the showers have good water pressure, which I really appreciate. There's a good restaurant on the first floor, we were pleased with the food and service. The breakfast is good, too, with a large variety of food, drinks... We also love that on the street behind the hotel there are a few restaurants and they are all great: Barzac, Osteria Fara and my favourite Il Tavolino. You can walk around 15-20 minutes to get to Corso Buenos Aires, if you need to do some shopping. We've stayed in 8 hotels in Milano so far, but lately we prefer this one and it's always an honest price for the money.

The entire experience was a delight. Starting with asking them to deposit our bags so that we could check in later but instead getting a room immediately in the morning as they said it was ready. The personnel was exceptionally friendly. From the receptionist to the breakfast team. The room was clean, had all amenities and really spacious in comparison to other hotels we have ever been. The location just next to the main train station made life so easy and finally it was great value for all the services they offer.

1.It was so far the most quiet hotel I've stayed in Milan. Since the hotel building is located inside a block yard, there is no traffic or bar noise at night at all! This is super great! 2. Plus, the room is so spacious that we feel a lot more relaxed with big bathroom area, sofa reqding area and free space for luggages. 3. It's new and clean and modern. Table and bed are both comfortable. And soft pillow with normal thickness (not those unusable super thick ones)!!

Waiting time at front desk for checking in/checking out/asking for service. There is mostly only one staff at the front desk and this hotel is apparently very popular with many guests.

The hotel is in a prime location, conveniently close to major tour meeting points, as well as train and metro stations. The breakfast was fantastic, especially from an Asian perspective. Plus, they allowed us to check in much earlier than expected. A great stay overall!

Everything was great, but if I were to suggest an improvement, the sheet and quilt covers could be upgraded to a higher-quality material, such as Tencel or Egyptian cotton. Additionally, the pillows felt a bit flat and could benefit from more support.

Spacious and clean. Heating was good. Recently renovated it seems. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. Delicious breakfast. About 400m to the metro( central station). Staff was very kind. Absolutely recommend this hotel.( I also chose this hotel because of the nice reviews I read, and I’m very satisfied.)

For families, there are no connecting rooms. I was travelling with my family. we got 2 separate rooms adjacent rooms. But that’s a structural problem. family travellers should be informed.

We've got room #29 and the room was spacious! It comes with a comfy kind sized bed with 2 normal pillows which you can as for the extras pillow at the reception. There was a Treadmill in the room but we did get to use it. The breakfast room on 1st floor, which open from 7.00-10.30 was crowed almost always, but you will still manage to get the seat. Various type of sweet & savory with very good taste. I really recommend everyone to choose the stay with breakfast. For those who travel to the hotel by train or metro, i recommend to walk to the hotel heading to Luigi Galvani Street then turn left to Fabio Filzi Street, the hotel sign will be on your right hand side. It is shorter than the Google Map search as it use it at first walk. There is the hotel sign standing in front of the gate which you have to go straight through the another building to see the entrance of the hotel. With this route from train station to this gate, the path is still good for big luggage or stroller.

As a 4 stars hotel, there was only 1 free paper bottle of still water offered in my room while we were staying 3 nights with 2 people in room and without a kettle or coffee/tea set free service. Don't follow the google map route as it is for CAR entry, if you travel by foot, better see my recommend on the waling path, it is shorter.

brekfast was very good the location was excellent near the central station and near to many activities (the beginning of them starts next to station).The restaurant was very good with good food in good prices (for Milano).

it is very difficult to be found especially at night(we came night the first day).Apart from this everything was very good excepr from the reception the night we came and wanted from us only passports but finaly he accepts the ID.
