The hotel was very luxurious and the staff was very helpful. We were traveling with an infant and they attended to our every need. The facilities, including gym and spa, were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the blinds in the room meant we could sleep comfortably without disturbance from the sun.

The room was perhaps on the smaller side, but still large enough to comfortably fit a cot and move around in.

Complimentary bottled water (esp. in summer).

When the room was booked, it showed that 3 people could be accommodated (1 Adult, 2 children- 16 & 10) - King room with extra large double bed. Got a msg from the hotel saying, the room would not be able to accommodate the youngest one & recommended an upgrade to the deluxe room with an extra bed @ €40/night. Which I eventually agreed. The staff were very helpful, courteous & understanding, but the printed communication on the website could have been specific or clearer. Overall, the general experience & location was amazing and we will be staying there again.🙂

Property in a great location and not too far from station. Clean facilities and great job by the team that did the cleaning every morning. Their breakfast was also great with lots of varieties. Only missing elements for a continental breakfast was baked beans! It would be nice to have that added on.

Not sure if it was just Hyatt but realized most of the hotels I stayed in did not have Netflix. The room we stayed in has a stair between the entrance to the bedroom which we found awkward quite frankly, a trip hazard when you wake in the night to use the washroom. Not sure if that was unique to that room or that’s how the layout is for some of the rooms.

Fast checkin, good breakfast with great personal always smiling and helpful. Cosy beds, pillows with the right height for good sleep :) Location can't get better if You want to see Milan center and Como Lake, train is right around the corner only 5min. away. Thumbs up for customer service through whatsapp, superb fast problem solving, like we got dental kit in a couple of minutes.

Would be great if mini-bar would have some snacks. Lighting switches are connected wrong - some goes off pressing down, the others pressing up, electric did not do his job properly :D

Everything was super clean and rooms felt new and fresh - housekeeping is excellent! I felt safe, slept well in a great bed and loved my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back. Especially because it’s close to the central station- easy to get to Airport Malpensa.

I loved the SPA and pool but didn’t love that you have to pay an extra fee for it- it shall be included within the room rate. Easier for everybody. Although I slept well and I didn’t hear any street noise I was able to hear my neighbor’s door slam a lot.

Nice, clean rooms, although on the smaller side. Excellent service and amazing breakfast. The spa was quiet and relaxing, great experience after a busy day. Hotel restaurants offer both great service and food.

The hotel is advertised as a central location, and although the location is very good, I would not describe it as heart of the city. Having said that Milan Central train station is around 10 minutes walk, hence very convenient. One thing I really did not like, is the fact that they reserved funds on my card for an amount significantly exceeding the price of my stay and the funds are still not released four days after I checked out. This is unacceptable and for me this is a reason I would not consider this hotel for a future stay in Milan.

We liked it all. We was at the hotel for the first time about 5 years ago with a good experience. This time it was just as good. We like everything from the staff, to the location and facilitets. The service is second to none and the staff is always helpful, serviceminded and happy. Thank you for a great stay. See you again next time. Absolutely.

I dont know if it was the taxi driver or just the comission paid to the hotel. But we experienced 2 times that we ordered a taxi from the reception - one time the taxameter was already at €8,20 when we got into the car (and its was about lunch time) and the other time the taxameter was at €8 (in the evening). But when we took a taxi from the street later in the evening the taxameter was about €6.

shower was difficult - tub edge was high so was hard to get 'into' the shower/tub; rain showered was in center of shower and shower faucet handle was in awkward spot; shower doors didn't close properly so the shower flooded excessively each time the shower was used; was a dangerous/slippery situation and I would not choose to stay in this room again

Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. Arrived early and was able to check into our room straight away. Location was fantastic, easy to walk to things and very close to the station for trains. Beds were comfortable, facilities were great. Used the spa which you have to pay extra for. Amazing roof top bar. Staff very helpful. Loved the funky decor

The staff is friendly & the hotel is very well designed.

To be honest I‘d expect that the Spa is included in such a priceclass.
