I don't know why people put bad reviews, that hotel was great and staff too. Sending them my love and appreciation

Loved that it was in a quiet side street but still close to walk everywhere. The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful.

The breakfast was exceptional - with tiered plates providing a really good selection of salmon, fruit, cheeses and meats.

We were initially allocated a suite on the 4th floor that lacked light and felt a little oppressive - we asked to be moved and this was done with our hesitation to a wonderful room on the first floor

Very stylish design, the room was specious, extremely comfortable. Each small detail was thought through. Staff was also helpful. Breakfast amazing. And the staff serving it was extremely professional and welcoming.

It was some disturbing sound from terrace all night long. I didn’t understand what it was: a reconstruction or some generator or motor. And another one: when we arrived the air in lobby was very heavy. Also it’s a small boutique hotel, for those who like to feel involved in life you will feel yourself a little bit isolated. But for someone it can be a big plus. But anyway the hotel left very good impression. I think it’s one of the best in Milan.

Nice vibe, very friendly and helpful staff, good location- easy stroll to the center and close to the Central Railway station if needed to travel. Spacious bathroom.

Little imperfections in the room: like shower drain cover was not fixed and would jump out, so I had to fix it in place, there was some water leaking from the minibar fridge when we checked in. All of that are minor and fixable issues but anyway not something you’d expect to see in a 5* hotel. It was my second stay at this hotel and on the first stay 1.5 years ago everything was perfect.

Great location- Milano Centrale is just about 7 minutes away + not far from the historic center (Duomo di Milano) is less than 30min away (on foot). There are many lovely restaurants within 5-10min walking distance of the hotel. Very nice interior design: my mum was particularly found of pop-art style paintings in the lobby and the bar. Good breakfast selection and, of course, good coffee. The room was very clean and spacious, it was great to have a separate room as closet. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, so we hope to visit this wonderful hotel again!

A modern boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, beds and close to Metro and train station. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and a great "cake stand" with meats, cheeses and fruit served to every table as well as a large choice of cakes, pastries, cereals, bacon, eggs etc from the buffet table. We stayed in a junior suite and there was a dressing room area big enough to hang all clothes and keep cases etc. loved this as kept everything out of the way while staying jr 4 nights and therefore not unpacking completely.

The breakfast could be busy at certain times which meant sometimes waiting a bit for red, coffees etc but the staff were very attentive and worked hard to nature everyone had what they wanted.

Lots of competition in the area but this hotel stands out.The location for Milano Centrale can't be beat - it's a short walk from the station but also very quiet (at least in August when the nearby restaurants were closed) and a good starting point to explore the city. Don't miss the Bosco Verticale and the BAM Tree Library right next door. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, as others have commented. Everything in the room worked perfectly, including the air conditioning on a hot day. Bonus for opening windows, which helps with natural ventilation, and allowing guests to use the stairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Ironically, for a design hotel the room felt dark and cold (color palette-wise) and the set-up a bit strange with diagonal bed. Slightly annoying wi-fi login process.

I really like the breakfast, It was included the tasty and good variety, Hotel team trying their best to help us location of the hotel located only 2 min walk to train and metro station, Just infront of the hotel there is halal Resturant serving Arabic food and also you can find pizza, burger and Chinese Resturnat and finally the price is totally fine with their service.

I could not manage the AC temperate as it was always on 20 degree which was cold for us

I stayed in a junior suite and it was very spacious, good bathroom, big walk in wardrobe and everything super clean. Also had a little terrace which I didn’t know existed.very big bed and good amenities.

The welcome at the front desk was a little frosty - nice enough but for a “boutique hotel” it felt a bit corporate and not very personal. Lobby and hallways felt sterile, not welcoming but again nice enough. Missing that special something.
