Location is great, close to Central Train Station but in a quiet neighborhood so no noise from cars. Many good restaurants around. Room is very nice, clean, modern, spacious, we even got the balcony!

If you are too sensitive to sounds, you could hear the doors on the same floor opening/locking. But that didn’t bother us much

A said above, the room was fantastic, same as the bathroom. Breakfast is closer to Italian style than to US or UK style, but ample, and, after all, you are in Italy. Flavia, the administrator is extreemly kind and goes out of her way to make your stay fantastic, and so is Silvia, who looks at all practicall issues of the rooms. The location is perfect for travellers, 3 blocks away for Centrale and well connected to the city, lots of cafes and restaurants. When in Milano, I'll never go anywhere else.

The location is fantastic. A few minutes from Centrale, and you can walk to the centre of Milan in about 20 mins. There is a lovely park nearby, several good restaurants, and you walk in about 20 mins to other neighbourhoods with great bars and restaurants. This is the second time I've stayed at M2M and I would definitely stay again. The staff (Flavia in particular) are very helpful and friendly. The check-in process with the codes is very handy and I was able to get into my room early which was very kind of them. The room is comfortable and large with a good sized bathroom, and a mini fridge. The shutters are very effective too. I was very pleased with the breakfast brought to my room too which was a lovely touch.

Due to the location there is quite a bit of noise from the street but a pair of silicone earplugs blocked out most of it, and the shutters really help block out all the light too.

Walking distance from Milano Centrale railway, bus and metro station. Very clean and well equipped room (tv, minibar, kettle and tea bags, coffee maker and coffee capsules, etc.). Bed is fairly comfortable. We loved the designer furniture of the apartment. Spacious shower cabin, bidet and toiletries in the bathroom. Much attention is paid to details: laundry bags and slippers in case you need them, dim light for night walkers. We were very impressed. Breakfast is good, continental with juice, coffee, cornetto, toasts, fruit, etc. People are friendly and helpful. Mainly WhatsApp messages are used for communication, but you can give a call in urgent cases. Entry code is used instead of door keys (also sent in WhatsApp).

People were speaking loudly at the bar across the street on Saturday night.

We had everything we needed for our stay

Being at the same floor as the reception, very early in the morning when the staff came to the reception, and also the other clients, are creating noise which caused us to wake up earlier than we wanted. Maybe an additional door which leads to the rooms hallway would be a good and useful addition to reduce the noise.

The location was good. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and very close to good restaurants. An easy 20 minutes walk into the city centre, or could be accessed by public transport. Self check in was clearly communicated by the property. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, with modern facilities. Continental breakfast was provided to the room, with flexible times. Reception is only open in the mornings, but staff were friendly and efficient. Good value for money.

The room is rather spacious. We really liked the beds - I have problems with my back, so it was important. The location is perfect - about 7-10 minutes to the train station and the distance to all the attractions is walkable. Very good breakfast is brought to the room when you choose - a choice of croissants, jams and honey, freshly squeezed orange juice. Tea and coffee supply in the room and two complimentary bottles of water every day. Most important - very customer-oriented staff. Flavia was very helpful and even made a video for us to make sure we entered the right building :)

What a great place situated in an excellent area. Very close to the Milan Centrale station and there were heaps of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and we had booked 3 rooms for 2 couples and a single person. Good water pressure and hot water for showers. Coffee pod machine and kettle with tea, sugar and long life milk in each room and we had 2 bottles of water included in the stay. Breakfast was delivered to our room at a time set by us and was a good selection. Will definitely stay here again. Located in a very secure building and there was a lift available.

There was nothing that we disliked about this place. It was a fabulous place.

Comfortable, modern B&B style place in a residential building close to the central train station. We enjoyed the area a lot - not touristy despite its proximity to the station, lots of good restaurants and cafes, walkable to the main attractions of Milan. We weren't sure what to expect with the self check-in options and codes and such, but it was all fine, and if you arrive during relatively normal hours someone will be there to greet you and help out with anything. Breakfast is the standard Italian B&B type if you've had it before - nothing special but fine. Anyway we'd love to spend more time in Milan again and would certainly stay here again.

I am confident that the water bottles will be provided after the room is cleaned in the future.

The location is great: a short walk from Milan Central station. The area is safe. The rooms are clean and well lit. Two free bottles of water in the mini fridge. The members of staff are very helpful and responsive. Breakfast is served in the room and it’s very nice. The Nespresso coffee maker in the room is a nice touch. Plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom.

The building where the B&B is located smells of cigarettes despite signs displaying that it’s forbidden to smoke. It’s a shame because it’s a very overwhelming smell and the first thing you notice when you enter the building. The B&B reception is on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor. Upon arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working and there’s was no cold water coming out of the taps. I called the emergency numbers and we had the caretaker turning up in a timely manner. She managed to fix the cold water issue and suddenly the air conditioning unit started working again too. I don’t like the fact that the double bed is made up of two single mattresses which split in the middle as soon as you start moving and you end up with a huge gap.
