I was truly delighted with the exceptional customer service I received. During my stay, I had initially reserved a single room for one night, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and extended my stay to two nights. The hotel reception atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, unlike many others. Upon my arrival, Fernando warmly greeted me with his positive and welcoming personality. The reception team is both professional and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. My room was clean, the bed was cosy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is ideal for exploring and enjoying Milan, with numerous bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Whenever I return to Milan, I will definitely book this place for my stays. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique and positive offerings. Unlike the usual moody and arrogant customer service often encountered from front desk staff in Italy, this hotel stands out for its exceptional service chilled, relaxed and professional at the same time. thank you guys for amazing!

The hotel is well located within the walking distance to the central station, and it's in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of dining choices. The room itself was spacious, well equipped, and quiet. Would like to acknowledge the friendly service from the staff particularly Fernando who ensured a pleasant stay.

This hotel in Milan was perfectly located within walking distance to the Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The hotel itself exceeded expectations, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Staying near the Central Station was a great choice, offering a more relaxed and authentic experience away from the overly crowded tourist hotspots. It gave us easy access to local neighborhoods and a better feel for everyday life in Milan. We also recommend opting for the upgraded rooms, the extra comfort and features made a noticeable difference and were well worth the investment.

Our stay exceeded all expectations, we were upgraded for free to a separate accommodation with a balcony. What not to like? It's a historical part of the city with a number of restaurants/cafe at your doorstep. Close to some places of interest and close to public transport to get to the others and also to the train station if you are planning a day trip or going to the airport. The room is huge and nice, our special thanks to the girl who was cleaning our room - her job was done immeculate - every day including the weekend. Thanks to Delle Nazioni Milan Hotel for our pleasant stay in your beautiful city, we have long lasting memories.

- we were "upgraded" to a separate room away from the main hotel complex. This was a 5 minute walk away. Although large and spacious, we were told its very safe and secure. We returned from a day out with the door to the apartment wide open. we had hot water issues (that got resolved) Shower leaks onto the floor alot - asked to go back tothe main hotel but they weren't able to accommodate sadly

After I booked, they sent a man to help me move my suitcase a few blocks away from the front desk to another building, which had an incredibly nice room. It seemed a little odd, but I understand the area near the station has high demand.

When I arrived the person behind the desk told me I owed 94 euros. I took out my phone and showed him the emailed receipt from booking.com for that same amount. He then said that I still owed a 7euro fee. I ended up paying it, but I heard similar situations play out with other guests. It seems to be a way to earn a little extra from foreigners that don't know how to properly argue against it.

5 mins walk to Centrale train station. Easy access to public transportation. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Our room was ready before checkin time and we were upgraded to a superior room. Lively area with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops nearby. Hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star.

I stayed with my son. The location is super in regards to the central station, there are also many cute restaurants around, great food. The staff at the hotel is super friendly, helpfull, smiled and by all means just the right people working in hospitality. We came back from the football match at like 1 at night and I asked Rosario for an extra blanket and some tea and he had no housekeeing working night shift so he was so kind to arrange all this himself. The hotel is simple as per design but so clean and so nicely kept, its as excellent value for money and in general we had a super easy and pleasant stay. Also great communicaton prior to my arrival if you need to plan anything ahead. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a non sophistixated yet pleasant and safe stay in milan.
