I was truly delighted with the exceptional customer service I received. During my stay, I had initially reserved a single room for one night, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and extended my stay to two nights. The hotel reception atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, unlike many others. Upon my arrival, Fernando warmly greeted me with his positive and welcoming personality. The reception team is both professional and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. My room was clean, the bed was cosy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is ideal for exploring and enjoying Milan, with numerous bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Whenever I return to Milan, I will definitely book this place for my stays. I highly recommend this hotel for its unique and positive offerings. Unlike the usual moody and arrogant customer service often encountered from front desk staff in Italy, this hotel stands out for its exceptional service chilled, relaxed and professional at the same time. thank you guys for amazing!

The hotel is well located within the walking distance to the central station, and it's in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of dining choices. The room itself was spacious, well equipped, and quiet. Would like to acknowledge the friendly service from the staff particularly Fernando who ensured a pleasant stay.

5 mins walk to Centrale train station. Easy access to public transportation. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Our room was ready before checkin time and we were upgraded to a superior room. Lively area with many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops nearby. Hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star.

I stayed with my son. The location is super in regards to the central station, there are also many cute restaurants around, great food. The staff at the hotel is super friendly, helpfull, smiled and by all means just the right people working in hospitality. We came back from the football match at like 1 at night and I asked Rosario for an extra blanket and some tea and he had no housekeeing working night shift so he was so kind to arrange all this himself. The hotel is simple as per design but so clean and so nicely kept, its as excellent value for money and in general we had a super easy and pleasant stay. Also great communicaton prior to my arrival if you need to plan anything ahead. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a non sophistixated yet pleasant and safe stay in milan.

First floor second would be better to safely open windows at night

When we arrived to the hotel to reception staff advised we had been upgraded to a room that was across the road. I have seen this happen with previous customers. The room was spacious with a Large bed, large bathroom and storage facilities. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The areas was good with nice restaurants and felt safe to walk about and a five mins walk to the train station. I would recommend this place to stay

There was loud music coming from the bar/restaurants downstairs and also from the apartment beside our room (604). The first night we didn’t sleep too well because of it. We got ear plugs and the second night it was fine. We were only there for two nights but if we had been there for more we would have asked to move. I think if the hotel provided ear plugs for all customers it would be good. The toilet is right beside the window in the bathroom and the curtains touch up beside anyone who sits on the toilet. I don’t think this is very hygienic and having curtain in a bathroom where a hot shower causes moisture.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Milano Central and excellent metro and tram connections to tourist spots, both Malpensa and Linate airports. The place exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean and an efficient air conditioning to keep us cool due to the hot temperatures. The hotel itself was modern with friendly staff. The lively area had plenty of bars and restaurants but stayed quiet at late night so it was perfect for a good night sleep. Despite being close to the central station, the area felt safe. Highly recommended.

Maybe the breakfast. It looked pretty basic, so we chose not to have it at the hotel. It wasn’t a big deal for us and definetely doesn't affect our overall satisfaction, especially with plenty of options available nearby.

The room was very good and clean. It is close to Milan Cantrale station by foot which I think is the best area to stay when you visit for short period Milan. Near by there are some very nice italian restaurants. But the difference make the perfect staff of this hotel. They are so helpful and polite with a big smile. They speek english and they make you feel very welcome. We stayed there only for one night because our flight was canceled. We compared it with the orher hotel we were stayed the previous days with the same cost and we were sad that we didn't find this first. When we visit Milan again this will be our hotel for sure. Big recommendation from us!!!.

The window opens vertically and is heavy and I had an accident catting my finger. Just be careful with this.

Extremely nice and friendly reception staff. Very helpful and always on service with a smile. Proficient communication in English. Upon arrival we were given an upgrade room. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. Great smell with a reed diffuser infront of each room. Safety deposit box and refrigerator in the room, perfect Wi-Fi. Great lounge area. Few minutes on foot from hotel to the central station. In walking distance from Duomo. Hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants, coffee shops and patiserries also very close to shopping streets. Overall great experience. Thanks again to the cleaning ladies and boys at the front desk!

I liked the location. Near the metro, train station. Also within walking distance of Piazza del Duomo.

We were placed on the ground floor with windows facing the smoking yard. There was a trash can right in front of the window. The curtains on the windows had to be kept closed all the time so that people in the yard couldn't see what you were doing in the room. The windows were floor to ceiling, so at night the window had to be closed, otherwise anyone could come into the room.
