The design is modern and fresh. Located nearby the central train station and it’s very convenient to reach almost any part of Milan. Breakfast was ok and complimentary drinks were a pleasant addition.

The bathroom’s design was inconvenient and a little bit confusing. The big con is the receptionist which told us after asked about paying for breakfast that we can have a free breakfast if signed up for the B&B. We did. Yet there was no update on breakfast. Later on another receptionist described every detail and we just proceeded with paying for breakfast because there was no free breakfast while using Booking.com. Instead we just wasted our time. Misleading is a huge turn off.

This hotel is located very close to Stazione Centrale, Milan. The staff are accommodating from the first interaction. This is very important as we had just completed a very long flight from Melbourne, Australia. This took 25 hours including 20 hours flight time. We were very jet-lagged on arrival at MXP. Our room in B&B Hotel Milano Central Station was small. However, it was clean, the bed was excellent and the shower water hot. A slight criticism is the the shower stall is tiny. A bit bigger would be good. The self-serve breakfast @ 7.50 euro, was quite excellent. Well done B&B Hotel Milano Central Station.

Very near everything and very comfortable! One amazing thing is that it’s like 5 minutes from milano centrale which was very good for us since we were taking a train to another city. It is also around 30-40 minutes walk to Duomo but a very pleasant one where you get to see a lot of beautiful attractions and many different stores. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was minimal but very very good.

We slept for 2 nights and the only thing we both noticed was that it gets noisy in the morning. Both mornings we woke up around 7-8 from doors opening and closing or someone dropping something. None the less it was also pretty good cause it got us on the feet quickly and we had more time for touristing 😁

The room is has a bed and a table, and it is quite clean. You can store your luggage at the hotel. There is a convenience store close by and the train station is a few minutes by foot.

The location is not safe for travellers; my luggage was almost stolen shortly after leaing the hotel. They will tell you that you have something on your coat so that you clean it off. Then they will try to steal your luggage while you clean your coat.

I ordered breakfast one day and it was quite ok - continental type. However, I did not have a chance to try their pasticeries because I had to run away from the breakfast room as one of the hotel guests was coughing really hard (and constantly) right next to the pasticeries stand and in times of covid it is unacceptable (especially as she was not wearing medical mask) all other guests were very uncomfortable and the hotel staff that was witnessing this situation did not do anything.

The location of the hotel is quite close to train station but it is 30-40 minutes to city centre. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The room was clean and very handy. We stayed there 3 nights and we use one day to go to Lake Como by train so it was an advantage that the hotel is close to train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially to those who plans train travels for Lake Como or other cities.

The hotel located in walking distance to the Milan Central Station. Clean and well-equipped, very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Very good for a short stay in Milan or day before going to the train station.

The temperature in the room is set at 24oC and cannot be adjusted, though you can change the strength of the fan.

All the staff was very nice and friendly and the design of the hotel it was new. Second, the hotel was 5 minutes by fit from the Central Station and was very easy to take metro for Duomo or the Train for Como. Everyday we’re clean our room, but the bathroom was weird and small.

We didn’t like the the small bathroom, the design inside was very simple and the price wasn’t a value for money hotel to stay. The door it wasn’t like the normal doors and we had a lot of noise next to us because it wasn’t a room but too different with a cheap wall inside them. For the breakfast we didn’t take it and we don’t have an opinion.

Got a free upgrade and enjoyed the room. The reception was always friendly and accommodating. They were also flexible when I asked to check out slightly later (although they started calling persistently once the time was up :)). Location was good (it really is just less than 5 minutes walk from the subway exit and slightly further from the railway exit). Plenty of food options nearby.

It seems the cleaners slack off if there are no complaints. I'm pretty sure they only made the bed and changed the towels the first time I asked for the room to be made up but once I specifically asked for the room to be vacuumed, they also did things like replenish supplies and wipe down surfaces. I would have liked a kettle in the room.

These are very big, modern, comfortable rooms for Europe and for the money. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, also loved that check out was at noon and the rooms were clean. The location is very central to the train station and everything you'd want to see in Milano. There are some cool vending machines and a work space in the lobby.

The showers are a bit tight but normal for Europe. Nothing is included in the price - no toiletries, no coffee, nada. The bed had a small hump in the middle which is noticeable if you sleep in the centre of the bed.
