Nice hotel, the stuff were friendly and responsive to all the questions. Good breakfast, enjoyed that the coffee was made at the bar, not instant or from coffee machine. Definitely will stay here next time.

It was a bit noisy from some nearest bar, but the noise stopped by midnight.

The hotel is in a great location for the metro and is in an area with lots of good places to eat. The breakfast was good and the bar area was nice for a drink and snacks before going out. The staff were all friendly. We appreciated having a bath and it had a shower over it.

We stayed in March and were unable to adjust the temperature of our room which was a bit too warm. We were offered the option to have the heating turned off completely but it was only a minor problem really and was solved by sleeping with the window open.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was really tasty, especially the cakes. There was a great desk light which was helpful when I was working on my PC. I was able to borrow an umbrella when it was raining. The location was good.

The tap for the shower/bath was so stiff that I could not move to change it from shower to bath mode the first night so I couldn't wash my hair. There was a flight of about 6 steps to get into the hotel, which were quite steep and difficult to negotiate with luggage, No staff were there to help with cases.

Good Location very close to the metro and plenty of restaurants around, 25 minute walk from the duomo. The room was good and clean with good amenities. breakfast was fine.

No kettle in room or coffee, it's not quite clear what's if the snacks in the room are offered or payable. Found it overall to be expensive.

The staff was amazing very helpful , the room was nice and clean the hotel view was amazing from our room you could have seen the top of the Dom, the breakfast was very good ( you can find whatever you want) the staff from the breakfast were amazing (the gentleman from Argentina )

i think that the elevators were a little bit small and once in a morning the 2 main elevators were out of work buy a gentleman from the staff told us what lift to take instead so it was no problem they solved perfect the problem

Nice location. They were able to give us a room quite ahead regular check-in time. Room size was okay for a short stay. Nice choice for breakfast. The breakfast staff was lovely.

Sound proof (from outside noises) was a disaster. The fixtures really need to be changed. Pillows were average quality. The glass panel in the shower was ridiculously small. We were flooding the bathroom with every shower :(

I think the hotel's emphasis on sustainability is the most important aspect. The slippers were plastic-free. The amenities provided were placed in stone papers. So, I would like to congratulate the hotel management for their efforts for our environment. The location is great. Just a few minutes walking distance from metro and tram stations. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was quite good.

The room was a little small, but you can find everything needed including a small fridge. The elevators are also a bit small.

Great location in a nice suburb of Milan. Nice restaurants, etc in the area. Metro station is only 2 minutes walk so very easy to get the Duomo and the centre of Milan. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The shower was messy and awkward. Not properly sealed so water would spill and spray out onto the floor of the bathroom. A small thing but was a bit frustrating and could be easily fixed.

The hotel is easy to reach by subway or taxi from Milano Centrale. It is modern and very comfortable. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, great breakfast. And if the purpose of your trip is to eat good and sleep well there is no better place to stay. Literally 1 minute from hotel there are 4 restaurants which worth visiting and not even once.

Pretty good hotel , the staff were polite and friendly, the place was very clean, the room was spacious, nice view, nice location next to the metro, the breakfast was ok, yeah I would recommend it.

Silly reasons following: I didnt liked the interior design of the hotel, bit outdated and random, specially of the lobby, looked like a public service lobby/offices, also the elevators were small and didnt had mirrors. also there were couple of high stairs at the entrance which makes it hard for accessibility , probably they have another entrance accessible for strollers/wheelchairs/big luggage
