Perfect place to stay in Milan, very central/ well connected location….5 minute walk to metro station, 15ish minute walk to Duomo, also only 10 minutes from viral QC Therme spa. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops right on the door step. Our room was very spacious the photos don’t do it justice to how big the room is, lovely and clean property, comfortable bed and powerful shower. Staff were very friendly, great breakfast selection set up in the room, coffee machine and frother also!!! There are some road works at the moment but they kindly have some earplugs on the bed side tables which was a very nice touch!

A couple minor issues they are not great at replying to messages, I messaged the day before we checked in to see if it was possible to leave our bags before the check in time and I didn’t get a reply until the evening after we had checked in which meant we had to pay for storage lockers when we arrived in Milan. To save anyone else the hassle, they will take your bags from 11:15am when their office opens. Also our room wasn’t ready when we checked in so we had to wait for it to be cleaned and prepared.

We had a lovely stay at La Residenza Isabella. The room was very clean and very nice decorated. We had a free breakfast in the room with a good variety of food and beverages. Need to mention that the bed was very comfortable. :)

The windows were not isolating well enough the room from the street noise.

This property was a comfortable apartment located conveniently within walking distance of the Duomo. We were two couples and our rooms were the only ones on the floor connected by a hallway. We each had an outdoor patio/balcony. There were conveniences like and ironing board and snacks in the room. I would stay there again.

If we stayed longer, I would have liked a washer. I saw a washer in the pictures but our rooms/floor didn’t t have one. We didn’t need a washer for our one night stay though.

Very friendly welcome and help with finding the garage, the room etc. Location very nice outside the main center, close to the metro and in walkable distance to the center. Nice Trattoria etc. just around the corner. Nice, comfortable rooms that got cleaned every day. Parking garage right around the corner with seperate boxes for the cars and 24/7 access to the car.

The breakfast was not a real breakfast, but as we all know in Italy breakfast is not a big deal, so we did not expect more. We got some wrapped sweets, fruits and yoghurt. Water and coffee were also available in the room. But there was a small store just around the corner for buying stuff and there were some nice cafés as well. As I said, we did not expect more and it was ok!

The staff communicated frequently and with care and effort. Once into the room- it was well appointed, comfortable and had little details such as toothpaste, cotton wool pads, fruit, yoghurts, cheese and crackers. The staff helped us book an early morning taxi and gave us advice.

It was a little confusing on how to check in - later check-in is around the corner from the rooms. As two females checking in after dark, this was initially unnerving. But the staff were adept at overcoming.

We loved this room. We booked the classic double to save some money, and I was worried it would feel very dated. It didn’t at all. The room was small but cosy and had great ambiance. Everything was clean, good facilities, very comfortable memory foam bed, smart TV, and a lovely continental breakfast laid out for us to eat whenever we chose. Location was super convenient, really close to the Crocetta metro station but also only a 20-30min walk to the Duomo. All staff were also really helpful and friendly.

Only tiny downsides were that the shower seemed to fluctuate between hot and cold a bit, and the neighbours were a bit noisy, keeping my partner awake one of the nights we stayed.

Safe and spacious apartment with many prepared equipment you might need when you stay and cook in your accommodation. It’s nice that they offer a private parking place, even if that is a few minutes walk away from your room. The bathroom is nice and clean as well.

The ‘check-in’ is the 3rd place you need to visit when you arrive (check-in office, garage (5 mins walk) and the accommodation itself) and no place to stop with your car, so with your luggage is a bit tiering. The matraces were a way too soft and worn out, so the 2 nights resulted a very few hours of rest. It is strange, because the apartment itself is modern and recently renovated. The dried toasts presented for breakfast are not in relation with the price of the rental price. I had to fight for my invoice, but finally got it, this is why it is not reflected in my ratings, however if you need a company invoice, I suggest you not to leave them after paying until you get that.

There is a construction work starting early morning in upstairs. It would be nice if the land owner could inform us about it in advance. I know that they cannot do anything about it but at least a warning, ear plugs and a small discout in the room price (due to the construction and very loud hammer and drill noise) would be nice.

Friendly and helpful staff on site to aid with check in. The room was cosy and well equipped with a coffee machine, milk frother, biscuits/bread, jam and water. The bed was very comfortable with firm pillows. There was air con which was useful. It was a delightful stay!

The walls were a little thin so you could hear people next door and the transport noise outside.

Good location relatively close to the Duomo (walking distance), clean, and they supply you with some free pastries and fruit for a quick snack/bfast. Comfortable room with great AC!

Minor complaints: I needed 3 keys to unlock 4 different doors to get into my room, so I had to lug around a relatively large set of keys. The bedsheet was a bit scratchy and definitely not the most comfortable. Also, the bath towel quality was very poor, not an exaggeration to say it was one of the roughest and least comfy towels I’ve ever experienced. Wasn’t a big deal though since I was only staying a couple days.
