After a last minute change of plans we booked in for 2 nights in Milan and were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The location is so central and an easy walk to main attractions and shopping. The bed was so comfortable and we really appreciated a cot being provided for our 11month old. The room was so spacious and breakfast was great. A bonus to have parking.

The location was very good. The room was spacious and always cleaned well. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, air conditioning superb and window treatment blocked every ounce of light at night enabling a wonderful night’s sleep. The people at the front desk were especially helpful and patient.

There should be a garbage can in the bedroom area along with some full length mirror. The breakfast was very mediocre. It was problematic as we stayed four nights. Quality of food was fair and repetitive . Cakes were always the same and just okay. There needs to be more generosity and more variety when it comes to breakfast at these prices! Breakfast staff was congenial and efficient. Easy problem to resolve !

location was very good really. We walked all around and even not used the metro once.The breakfast was very good.Rooms are clean.The staff anwered all our questions smiling.

Location is really good. 8-10 minutes walk to Duomo. There is a supermarket right in front of and a restaurant next to the hotel. Parking facility is also preferable. Rooms were clean, spacy and the staff was extremely kind. Breakfast was delicious.

Good location. A bit of an old hotel in my opinion but fulfilled its purpose for our trip.

Breakfast variety was rather limited if you go for relaxation and just chilling otherwise good for just having something light before you go out sightseeing.

Walking distace to the Duomo. Metro station (orange line) was near. There was a good restaurant in the neighbourhood for evening time to eat. Our room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfortable. Safety box was enough big for the laptop and dslr camera. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was good and personal there were all kind and polite.

Noise from the street came to the room. Our room was on the street side of the building. I slept with earplugs and still I heard the sound of ambulances driving in the street many times in one night. There was no air condition per one room to use. The general air system didn't work in our room. Temperature was too high (+24) to sleep in April even we reduced air system to +15. Hotel's restaurant was open only in the breakfast time. Reception desk's older man wasn't polite, he was a little bit arrogant. When we chequed out, he didn't wellcome us again or didn't ask, how was our stay in the hotel or didn't say have a nice day.. If the hotel has 4 stars, I would wait nicer behaviour from everybody working for the customers.

I liked most staff attitude and desire to help. All luggage men, if it is correct term to use, helped us with our staff since we were six people with pretty many staff, then the reception staff specially their manger were helpful and they extended one of our three rooms check out time, and finally at the restaurant at breakfast there is this fantastic lady which is called STAR and she is really a star who makes your breakfast very pleasant. She is kind and charming and serves you like you never been served the same. You will like the breakfast because of her😇😇😇

The noise around the room from the corridor was little bit disturbing. And the car space in front of the hotel is good for one car to offload the luggage

Good position. About 12 minute walk to Duomo Amazingly quiet for hotel on very busy street due to quadruple glazing.. Staff helpful Nice bathroom if a little small

Very limited storage facilities. Silly bedside tables without drawers. Nowhere to sit comfortably other than breakfast room.

Very tidy little studio apartment, central location made walking to things very easy and right above the subway with a tram stopping right out front the hotel. They did a great breakfast as well. Plenty of choice to get you fuelled for the day. The staff were also incredibly helpful. We left our drivers licence at the hotel when we checked out and they went above and beyond to hold them for us and send a photo so we could still hire a car.

Location was good for accessing the rest of the city. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Good sized, comfortable bed in a large room. Plenty of storage.

The shower was not up to the standard of everything else. It was just a hose style one that was difficult to adjust to a comfortable position.
