Excellent location, breakfast, and roof restaurant and friendly stuff

Noisy street and poor soundproofing, poor internet connection, and the price

Modern hotel and very central. Less then 10 mins walk to The Duomo and the famous shopping galleria. Rooms comfortable and clean with everything that was required during a stay. Very good breakfast selection with good waitress service for hot drinks. & the coffee was very good too!. Went to the rooftop bar for a drink, did not eat & unfortunately, the "base" music was too loud, which also could be heard faintly in our room while trying to sleep.

The location is amazing , the hotel is very central, particularly for the Duomo and shopping. Breakfasts were excellent and The Roof is a fabulous space for cocktails and eating with a view. All the staff super friendly but a big shout out to Mohsen who was the most efficient and friendly waiter .

The bathroom was teeny tiny and you had to be almost a contortionist to get in and out of the shower. Bizarre given that he great size of the room.

Beautiful old building and ‘The Roof’ had an amazing view of Milan city. Stunning. Location was great and walking distance to the centre and piazza del duomo.

Unfortunately, whilst having a late dinner on the outdoor terrace of The Roof’ the couple sitting at the table next to me were smoking shisha and blowing it in my direction. I tried to get the waiter’s attention so I could move table, but was unable to do so. They should think about this when seating people next to each other. The couple were regular customers and were arrogant, rude and disrespectful, as they could clearly see that I was trying to enjoy my pinsa. This ruined both the taste and the overall experience for me.

We got a room on 9th floor so it was difficult to sleep there , till 01:00-01:30 was very noisy due to the roof top bar, the music was as loud as we could hear it , and starting with 08:00 am on the 10 floor the staff was already moving table and chairs dying a annoying noise :(

Fantastic staff, Matilda is the best! But everyone was over the top! Very good located hotel, close to the Dome. Clean, elegant, classy hotel. The breakfast is also very satisfying. Rooms are well equipped, spatious.

Trams on the streets are quite loud, even with windows closed . A/C was working on low level even after switched off, the room was very cold, a bit uncomfortable for the night.

Perfect location for our short visit to Milan, less then 5 minutes to the Duomo by foot, right in front of the Missori metro station.

The facilities are a little outdated. There is noise coming from the tram/metro and we even heard music from a restaurant/club outside.

The room was under the restaurant “ROOF”, music is to high and cant 💤 Specially family room under loud music 🙁

Great location, very good and rich breakfast although paying extra 4 Euro for omlette is not a common thing

This was my first hotel experience in Milan, even though it's my third time visiting the city. The room was very spacious — thanks to the helpful hotel staff. There was plenty of space, which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and as Turks — known for loving and making the best breakfasts — we truly enjoyed it! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo, making it super convenient. The rooftop restaurant was a chic and amazing place to enjoy a drink with a view. I really hope I’ll stay here again the next time I come to Milan — inshallah!
