The staff were really helpful and the location is really central. I could walk to Dumo within 8mins. Lots of food and drinks options. Pleasant stay for solo traveller.

The ac did not seemed to be working so I opened the window to allow for air flow. However, there were mosquitos when I opened the window, which was strange to me. Also, it’s right by a road, so for people who are affected easily by noise, this can be a nuisance. Lastly, although there is lift. You need to take 3 flight of stairs to get to lift. Just be cautious if you have heavy suitcases.

The property was clean. Location was decent. Price was reasonable.

The annoying system of building and room entry. Carrying 3 physical keys around. One for the building for weekend and after 6pm accessibility and another for the reception door and then another for the room. This is not a hotel. It is a group if 6 rooms with a private reception area within a building. Rooms are not soundproof if you are at reception. The lift is very old and small, it can only just fit 2 people with 2 suitcases. Then there are still stairs that need to be climbed which is inconvenient with luggage and could be a problem if you have mobility issues. This would all be fine if it was stated on the site so people understand what they are getting into. Rooms were dark, no ceiling lights only a few lamps.

Really great location, easy to get arround. Close to transit. Very clean. So many restaurants around.

There is a bar around the corner which goes to 4am, could be loud in the early morning. Just keep the window closed at night to help temper the noise. Would have been great to been able to not have the room cleaned every day.

Great little boutique hotel room near Duomo station. Great location, can walk everywhere from this spot. The room was nice with a little balcony. The bathroom was big, shower was strong. Wifi was good.

Their reception desk is staffed at limited hours so when we arrived at 6 or 7pm, we required after hours check in without interacting with staff and had to send our info beforehand to enable this. This worked out but needed a few extra steps coordinated via messaging.

Hotel was close to the city centre and had great air conditioning which is essential in an Italian summer. The bed linen was extremely comfortable - it was soft and didn’t feel like starched hotel sheets. We were lucky enough to get an early check in which was fantastic after 2 days straight travelling. The room was on the small side but had everything you needed.

Was a little hard to find so read the instructions the hotel sends you carefully.

The location is perfect for sightseening in the city. The main attractions are at very close to MAISON, 400 steps to Duomo and Rinascente, palazzo Realle and don't miss the exhibitions in there. Some steps more and you'll reach la Scala, the most beautiful opera in the world .If you like shopping, this is the right place and...a great choice of restaurants and eateries, mostly hidden in the small streets. Also the staff of MAISON is very polite , correct and ready for help.

It was so cold in the room, that I had to sleep dressed. When I arrived the temperature was only 8 degrees, at the room it was close to this

Great location that is really close to the Duomo and most things visitors will want to see. Everything was as described on the Booking.com listing and the price for this was good.

A little difficult to spot from the street and accessing the property is a bit awkward. However, the hotel did warn about this and it was not a big issue - just make sure to read the instructions that are sent.

The location was perfect for stay and the host was very helpful .

The property was on second floor and the lift was almost starting from first, so we had to climb up with our heavy luggages to get the lift. And there was no service for bag pick n drop.

Great location, round the corner from Duomo Cathedral, Galleria and shops! We were given detailed and easy to follow instructions about how to get to accommodation (short walk from Metro station). Comfy beds and pillows. Nice coffee provided in room. Staff helpful and accommodating.

Building/door was a bit tricky to find initially. No complimentary water in room.

The property is within blocks of the Duomo... and there's also a Metro station nearby. Great place to organize trips from. Quality restaurants (and coffee shops) are just steps away from the main door. Very clean - and looks like staff/management really is interested in delivering a good customer experience. Check-in staff was very friendly (and professional.) My train was delayed and they made sure I was taken care of. Would recommend!

It required my needing to speak with someone to find the main entrance/access. (This was easily resolved.) It is not so much "didn't like" - the entrance just wasn't intuitive to me at night the first time. (The property is located within a multi-tenant building (which is not a problem).)
